Hola, Debido a COVID-19, no contamos con servicio de limpieza diaria, sin embargo siempre puedes solicitar el servicio con 24 horas de anticipación o programar los días en que te gustaría el servicio. Esto debería haberle sido comunicado al momento del check-in. Le pido disculpas sinceramente si no lo hizo en el momento del check-in. $ 60 es una autorización pendiente para imprevistos. Autorizamos $ 20 por día. Si no cobra nada a su habitación, el dinero se libera cuando se retira. Una vez liberado, el banco tarda de 3 a 5 días hábiles en procesar y devolver el dinero a su cuenta.

Nice hotel
Great hotel located right off the interstate and only about 20-30 mins away from downtown Nashville. Also close to shopping and groceries if you need that. The hotel was very clean and comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Check in was quick.

From checkninnto check out everyone and everything was great. Staff was amazing! Property a little dated but very comfortable. Bed was comfortable, pillows not so much but i brought my own. Everything was clean, breakfast was a plus.

Great place to stay
I would definitely stay here again. It was easy to get to, parking lot was well lit, check in was easy and quick and very friendly, and the room was nice. The room was clean and it was nice to have the little kitchen area. I didn't hear any noise through the walls or from outside. Beds were comfy and we slept good. It was only 20 minutes from the zoo which is where we were going. Overall the place seemed clean and safe, the staff seemed nice, and the room was comfortable to be in.

What a comfortable stay. He room was well organized with plenty of storage for a longer stay. Every person on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights and it felt like home!

Room was very clean, staff was very friendly. I don't have anything negative to say about this hotel. Plus, they're doing real breakfast food in the mornings! I've stayed at a few hotels the past year and they've all stopped giving out hot food.

I liked having the full size fridge and availability of ice machine to refill cooler. I came for a sporting event so we had lots of water and drinks with us. The pool was nice hut really cold which was surprising since it was really hot out. The continental breakfast was inconsistent but still provided for an on-site free option.

Overall out standing
The hotel staff is pretty friendly, accommodating abd help full. Most of the cleaning servers are great with the exception of one long haired gentleman

Dirty Bathroom
I am not sure why this hotel has such high reviews. The bathroom had a public bathroom smell with dirt and multiple hair stuck on the sink. This was not something that was not cleaned from the previous guest, but it appears to be had been there for a while. The toilet had marks inside the bowl. You can guess what kind of marks. There was garage around the bin in the bathroom. We were staying here for a night on our back to FL. If we had not arrived so late at night we definitely would have moved to another hotel. The reason for us picking this hotel was because of the high reviews and the EV charger. The charger saved us some time in the morning, but still definitely not worth the stay.
