Tasmin’s property is absolutely perfect in every way. It’s beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and Tasmin is a brilliant host. The location is amazing; 30 seconds from the most stunning beach. We’ve rented properties for over 10 years and this is the best we’ve ever stayed at. Couldn’t recommend it highly enough.

Amazing Stay!

We had the best stay! The property is just as it appears in the photo and Tamsin is a fabulous hostess! She will answer any and all questions and does it promptly and with details. The community is beautiful as well and very welcoming! I highly recommend a golf cart to pop over to the beach club area and out to Solomon's grocery. If you are comfortable driving on the opposite side of the road, then Palm Cay has rental cars available as well. This was a fantastic trip for our family and I'm sure it will be for anyone that chooses to stay at Cocoplum Villa!

Blissfully, beautiful

Very inviting and spacious. I’m a bit of a cleaning freak and this home was immaculate and tastefully furnished. A lot of amenities, a good restaurant on site, and the beach was literally some feet away. The host was very nice, and our stay was very lovely. If you want comfort, cleanliness and a beautiful area…this is it

We really enjoyed this rental property! The house, gated community and beach were beautiful. We felt very safe while in the community and when shopping at the store right up the street. The beach was pretty much private and the water crystal clear. The host is very responsive and helpful. George was nice and helpful as well. The restaurant food was good and we didn't need to pay for the beach club to enjoy our vacation. I absolutely loved having the shower station on the back porch to rinse off all the sand before going in the house. The beach chairs at the house are fantastic too! The pictures describe the property perfectly. We also loved being away from the tourists and cruise visitors. I would recommend driving on the edge of the island to get to Bay Street or Paradise Island. Driving through the middle of the island was stressful and super busy. We enjoyed the quiet water view much more. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved it!

The place was amazing! Gorgeous and spotless! Great location as well. A new neighborhood, right across from the street and a great restaurant just a walk away. The place had everything we needed and then some! I highly recommend and would definitely return :)

This was a perfect stay for a family spring break. Very happy with our accommodation - perfectly comfortable and I recommend access to the Palm cay club for a resort feel.

Peaceful Well Appointed Unit Steps to Private Community Beach.

The townhome is beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need. AC works great and all the beds/bedding were very comfortable. It’s a quiet community, we didn’t end up using the beach club at all we were happy just relaxing on the beach that is just across the street. The beach was not crowded at all, had soft sound and very few waves perfect for little kids playing in the water. Not much in the way of snorkeling but we did see a turtle, stingray and fish just off the shore. The grocery store is about 3/4 mile walk, which we didn’t mind getting some exercise to get there a few times. There is also a company that rents out cars and golf carts that could be used, but you’ll need to book ahead as they were all reserved when we were there. Expect to pay 60-90 dollars for a large group to get anywhere each way , like a private tour or to the airport, but the service was always friendly and on time. We loved our stay and would definitely book again!

Just BEAUTIFUL!

Our accommodation was top-notch, offering stunning ocean views and luxurious amenities. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help with a smile. We enjoyed delicious meals at local restaurants, where the seafood was always fresh and flavorful. Our host was and is great! Overall it is a very nice place to vacation with your family. I will be back again

Wonderful stay!

This place was amazing! It was clean and quiet. Kids loved all of the “secret hideouts” (suitcase closets). The backyard was beautiful. If you are going be prepared that everything is white, so maybe don’t pack Nutella for your kids. We had groceries delivered via instagopher and it was quick and easy. If you want access to the club (bar, pool, beach chairs) you’ll have to pay $20 a day for 3 consecutive days for each person in your group over 5 years old. It’s worth it for the access to the beach bar/grille and beach chairs (otherwise you don’t have chairs directly on the beach unless you bring or buy them). Tamsin was an amazing host and even left sand toys in the closet for the kiddos to play with. We had a wonderful time and felt extremely safe! Gated community and everyone was very nice. We will definitely visit again!
