Mejor opción todo incluido en Bahamas
Nuestra experiencia, ha sido muy buena. Nos alojamos la semana pasada en este hotel durante 5 dias y estamos encantados. A nuestra llegada, nos proporcionaron un early check in y nos dieron un upgrade a una habitación con vistas a la piscina. La habitación limpia, amplia y muy cómoda. Por la tarde nos llevaron una botella de cava y unos bombones y una carta del director ya que habíamos comentado que celebrábamos nuestro segundo aniversario de boda. Fue todo un detalle. La playa de Cable Beach es impresionante: arena blanca, aguas calidas y cristalinas... Ofrecen la posibilidad de que realices actividades como padel surf, kayak, buceo... sin ningún coste y luego ofrecen otras actividades con coste como motos acuáticas... La comida debemos de decir que también nos sorprendió. Nos esperábamos peor calidad por los comentarios, pero el buffet era variado y los productos de buena calidad. A parte de eso había 4 restaurantes ( mexicano, italiano, japones y tapas) para las cenas que entraban dentro del paquete de todo incluido y eran muy buenos. Solo que debías reservarlos el día de antes. El servicio en general era agradable y servicial y aunque no les dejases propina te atendian correctamente. Creo que este hotel es una de las mejores opciones encuanto a relacion calidad-precio en todo incluido en Bahamas. En mi primer viaje a Bahamas me alojé en el hotel Atlantis y es espectacular pero por lo que pagué allí solo por la habitación, en este hotel he pagado un todo incluido de 10.

El hotel no es nada espectacular, muy lejos de ser un buen Melia. El personal es poco amable y muy poco servicial. El personal de limpieza de las habitaciones no fue capaz de reponer el minibar o los enseres de la cafetera de manera correcta ni un solo día de nuestra estancia. Destaca como bueno la comodidad de la cama y los mandos directivos del hotel que hacen todo lo posible por que su personal atienda mejor al público. La comida de los restaurantes es aceptable destaca el mexicano (Cilantro). El tiempo en Febrero en Nassau fue bueno aunque con bastante viento frío que hacía casi imposible estar en la playa tomando el sol. La piscina para adultos no está climatizada, sí lo están las otros dos piscinas pequeñas. El jacuzzi está ardiendo, por encima de los 40º de temperatura. El complejo contiguo Bahamar, con casino y restaurantes merece la pena visitarlo. Las excursiones son muy caras, el golf super caro y cualquier cosa que quieras hacer en Bahamas tiene precios desorbitados.

This hotel was just ok. Food was ok, too. Nothing great. The beach is stunning, but too small. It is hard to find chairs available in the beach. The rooms are outdated. At night there is nothing to do. I was expecting to see some night shows that included something like dance performance or alike. Also, it does not feel like a resort, since it is too small so everytime you leave your room you see always the same stuff. Swimming pools don’t have water slides or anything for the youngers. It is nothing great compared to the money you spend.

Closed resort, ignoring request for refund
We arrived on a Sunday, and were told that our stay would be cut short due to closong on Wednesday. No restaurants were open. Just the buffet. No amenities, snorkel gear, etc. Tuesday at 10am we were told to leave by noon. I have not been refunded the 4 nights we had already paid for, and haven't been told they will be refunded or that I'll be compensated in any way. Hotels.com contacted them too, but were told to call back. Phones aren't being answered. Emails ignored. I have emailed the Reservations email as well as the general email address.

I love the view right outside our room of the pools and the ocean I believe that so many of the rooms have this view. The beaches were clean there were plenty of chairs around for all the pools and the beach. I frequently saw the staff cleaning is this virus is going around I do think it could use a little bit more updating as far as the carpet goes. Cleaning the chairs and inside the room and the curtains seem to be needing cleaned on the cushions.

Food was poor. Fairly basic Nicer restaurants needed to book few days ahead for decent time. Still not that exciting and wanted extra for decent dishes.... If you drink worth going all inclusive: if not disappointed Room dated and needed some improvements. Cold tap didn’t work, broken. No full length wardrobe. No conditioner (whole hotel ran out) and tight on replenishing toiletries and water

We were given a room with a view of the construction going on and A tiny view of the water. The front desk staff and dinner reservations staff were rude and extremely unfriendly. To get a dinner reservation is almost impossible so you’ll probably eat at the market place a lot which is bland buffet style foods. If you do get a chance eat at the Mexican restaurant that was delicious and the waiter was great. Also if you happen to get crappy whether like we did with all the heavy winds don’t even count on the pool being heated. Oh yeah and it’s not so family friendly. That hotel was more for young kids and singles.

Like the beach , boardwalk, the nearby market open to resort guess , like the pool and the benches fo seating by the beach and pool , like the pool garden lunch and options , like the inside bar and upstairs bar . Didn’t like the pool bar drinks , didn’t like that for Meliá resort while it advertises didn’t have spring breakers resort was packed with young college age adults pre adults that took up entire resort amenities, bar was mostly unreachable , certain drinks ran out and was surprised they didn’t offer top shelf liquor was not the Meliá experience I am used to and priced paid for having spring breakers onsite was over priced . However resort is beautiful but quality of food and liquor could be better for Meliá reputations .

For what I paid I thought the hotel was clean and had all the amenities I expected. My only complaint is that multiple times during the week they claimed to run out of water bottles and felt like I had to pull teeth to get water.

Beautiful beach area, facilities were well maintained. Staff service could be better. More often than expected, the staff seemed stand-offish or indifferent. A handful of them were friendly and helpful however.

This resort had little entertainment and the buffet was very low quality food. The longer we stayed, the worse it got. Construction outside our room was very loud - couldn't open glass doors.

It was clean in the room and though out the Hotel the food was good and seem to be fresh . The shops were nice the beach was outstanding and well kept .

Spent a four day family vacation here, and really liked this place. I'm not sure I understand all of the complaints I see. It isn't a 5 star resort, but it's not advertised to be a 5 star resort. The rooms were more than adequate, especially considering you don't go to the Bahamas to sit in your room. Food was good, service was good as well. Had no problem getting reservations to any of the restaurant. We made restaurant reservations for the entire trip on the first day. Pools were great, and so was the beach. We would definitely go back here again.

Wonderful property. Was charged $130 for “guests we must have had over for lunch” even tho we had no guests and were part of the all inclusive. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.
