We rented this home to celebrate my sister's 60th birthday and it was perfect! The home had plenty of room & seating, and was well stocked with everything we needed! Everything was clean & instructions were clear for our stay. I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic getaway close to College Station. We came down for my daughter’s graduation and it fit our needs perfectly. Hosts were responsive and welcoming. The house felt like coming into a family friend’s home-welcoming and relaxing. Being a little way out from all the hustle and bustle was perfect! Would absolutely stay again.

One of the things I loved about staying at this house was the effective communication with the owner! The house is so beautiful and offers a lot of amenities! They truly make you feel like you’re just one of their own family relative staying in their house. 10/10 would come back and stay at this home again!

Great 3 bedroom home with all the necessities and some nice surprises to boot. Very simple checkin and great cookies were waiting for us. Lots of sleeping options for guests beyond the 3 main beds. Sonia was very attentive to our needs and is a great host.

We brought 11 boys to stare 7 on 7 tournament and this was the ABSOLUTE best place for them. They had so much fun doing all the fun activities available at the house. The owners were so great to work with and we would highly recommend this house to other big groups.

I used this property to host a large event for my organization, and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of parking and the backyard provides a secluded space capable of holding lots of people. The house is very nice and we were greeted with balloons and sweets welcoming us to the house. The hosts were very kind and communicative, responding very quickly to messages and helping ensure that our event went well. This was the second time my organization used this property and I can’t wait to come back!

This home was sweet and comfortable! We booked it for a large group of 15 of us. It was a little tough to have 15 people and 1 bathroom, and 7 of our group slept in beds and 8 of us slept on couches or air mattresses. The host was kind and left us cookies.

Sonia is a super host! She went above and beyond what's expected. She had delicious custom cookies for our Aggie, soft drinks and coffee/hot chocolate bar for all of us. There was plenty of room for our group of 12 and the kids kept busy with all the games and the big backyard. We would definitely come back.

We came and stayed at this property with two other families. It was very nice and we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. Great opportunity for our families to get together let and the kids just play which created many wonderful memories. Would certainly come again if given the chance.

My family stayed in the house for my ring day weekend and I had my ring dunk here as well. Sonia welcomed my family and I with some notes and tips for our stay, some delicious and super cute personalized ring day cookies, cold drinks, a fully stocked coffee bar and supplies to make some s’mores!! Sonia was so quick to respond and answered all my questions I had when booking and during our stay. We’ve booked many homes for many different events throughout the years and we can definitely say that both Sonia and her husband have been the best hosts we’ve ever had, they were very kind to me and my family! I definitely recommend booking this house, there’s many things to do like fun board games and outdoor games and there’s a cute pond in the front of the property!
