Conveniente y bonito
Nosotros nos quedamos la última noche de nuestro viaje a Sri Lanka, muy conveniente para ir al dia siguiente al aeropuerto. El hotel parece muy nuevo, limpio y no habia ningun insecto en mi habitacion. Dormi muy comoda. El patio para cenar es muy bonito y hay tiendas alrededor para finalizar las ultimas compras

die zimmer im erdgeschoss sind extrem hellhörig. man hört jedes wort und jeden koffer. die angebotenen elektrischen geräte im zimmer sollten auch den passenden stecker haben das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Awesome stay! We got free airport transfer inclusive in our room rate might be due to low season. Room is clean and everything were great! Excellent fine dining standard breakfast. Started with croissant, slice chocolate cake, muffins followed by main course choose between western or Sri Lankan style then complete with fruits platter! Friendly staff!

Good enough
Hotel was very nice, good location, staff were friendly but definitely it could have been cleaner. The ac started leaking after using it for few hours. It kept making horrible noise. Notified the staff but nothing happened.

The hotel has no proper lobby, Front desk don't seem interested to answer questions, floor was dirty in the room, room had no proper window, window was on walk way that has to remain close as people pass by. The rate charges for this is too high for low season which did not include breakfast. Also purchased food at the restaurant that was pricy for a hotel of this size and service

Perfekt transithotell!
Hadde fire netter her som avslutning på vår Sri Lanka reise. Koste oss fra det minuttet vi kom inn på rommet til vi sjekket ut. Hyggelig betjening, freshe rom og et utrolig hyggelig pool/restaurantområde. Start eller avslutt ferien din på dette hotellet, du vil ikke angre. Gratis minibar og shuttle til flyplassen var også en hyggelig gest fra hotellets side. Vi kommer gjerne igjen til Pledge 3

Staff were freindly attentive and welcoming. The rooms were clean but the bathrooms could do with a better clean due to the mould in the shower and the dirt on the back of the bathroom door. The bathroom locked itself several times snd staff had to unlock it.

Fantastisk service!
Jeg har bodd på mange hoteller, men sjelden blitt så positivt overrasket! Rom, renhold, svømmebasseng, wifi og mat var strålende. Det aller beste var allikevel de ansattes service og vennlighet. Innholdet i minibar var gratis. Kjøring til flyplass var gratis. Et glimrende hotell før hjemreise fra Sri Lanka.

Excellent friendly staff at the hotel. Upgraded my stay for Suite room I was over the moon. Really enjoyed staying at Pledge 3. This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. I will recommend to any one without any hesitation.

It was a charming little hotel made all the better by its wonderful staff who were so incredibly hospitable. We got upgraded to the suite which was glorious.

Good food, good location!
Located in Negombo - we chose this hotel for its proximity to the airport and the good food reviews. We were not disappointed. The hotel was easy to find, check in was quick and the room was modern and clean. Good air conditioning and a fan for a quieter option. The only issue we had was locking the bedroom door - but that was soon figured out! We dined in the restaurant and found the food to be fresh, tasty and at a reasonable price. Seafood is the focus here - you will not find traditional Sri Lankan curries. Beers were cold and the service was great - I would definitely recommend. Although we did not use any of the other facilities, the pool area and seating looked modern, clean and like you could easily relax here. We used the free hotel shuttle to take us to the airport at 4am - which took under 15 minutes. Ideal for such an early morning flight. Normally they would allow 30 minutes.

gut zum Flughafen gelegen.
Nettes Hotel für einen Stop nach oder Vor dem Abflug. Besticht durch seine Nähe zum Flughafen. Hotel ist Modern,Sauber und Zweckmäßig. Küche gut. Leider gab es nicht alle auf der Karte angebotenen Gerichte. Zimmer sauber, gut aufgeteilt und ansprechend. Wir sind noch zum Strand vorgelaufen, Dauer 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Strand ist OK. Wird sehr viel von Einheimischen frequentiert, Allerlei Unrat am Strand und das Wasser ist echt dreckig!! Also wir wären auf keinen Fall dort ins Wasser gegangen.
