Staying in a cave hotel was a great experience, and there wasn't anything missing from the room itself. There was wifi at the hotel and for each suite, but for some reason, it wasn't working in our room, so we would check our emails during breakfast at the restaurant.
Through a minor mixup with who I was traveling with, we scheduled tours outside of the hotel, thus we didn't interact too much with the staff. The staff member checking us in seemed more professional/a bit colder than where we did book our tours from, but I'm not sure if that was because we didn't book tours through them. The other staff were fine.
