Quaint place with great views and location along to Guadalupe river. Schlitterbahn located across the street and food locations close around. Would go again for sure.

Teacher get away
Enjoyed our 2nd annual lady’s trip to wrap up our summer. Love the condo and all the amenities nearby. The easy access and exit on the Comal river from our room can’t be beat! The hostess is attentive and responded quickly when needed. Family friendly location!

Sisters get away
We love staying here. It’s close to all our favorite places. Very quiet and close to the Comal. This unit was decorated and furnished very nicely. Only thing that was a small disappointment was the cleaning service needs a talking to or maybe replacing. One bathroom had not been cleaned after the last tenant which must have been a man and he had shaved. Stubble was all over the sink and in one of the towels. We will be planning another stay next summer and this place will be top on our list. Thank you Patty.

Best Rental on the Comal
The absolute best rental on the Comal. Condo was perfect with river access so no public exit necessary which was a huge plus. Owner was extremely nice and only great reviews for this property. We visit the Comal every year and we will be staying here again. The best river trip ever

Amazing condo
Loved our stay at the condo. They had everything we needed, including the tubes. We enjoyed the water park and walked to “Pats Place” to eat and it was fantastic! Patty was great, and checked in on us to make sure everything was working perfect since she had just replaced the AC unit. We grilled one night and loved being down by the river just watching people as they floated by. My teenage boys enjoyed playing football outside by the river and are ready for us to book another trip!

Amazing place in a great location!
One of the major reasons we chose this location was the private access to the Comal and the pool. The location was great for quick access to Schlitterbahn and the downtown area. The condo was clean and inviting, you can see a bit of the Comal and Schlitterbahn from the balcony. They included 4 adult size full bottom tubes & electric pump for the river that were very high quality. We had 2 adults and 2 young teens using them and they worked out nicely. The float from the river access to the nearby public exit is leisurely and we enjoyed seeing deer and birds along the way. It's a quick walk back to the condo. I appreciated that the bathrooms had liquid soap dispensers and not little disposable bars of soap. We found some games in the cupboard under the TV and played some Stratego at the dining table. Check-in and Check-out was easy. The covered parking area is a little tight, we have a Grand Caravan and managed it fine but I could see how a very large vehicle would have problems, they also had an uncovered parking area that can be utilized. The elevator was great since the unit is on the 3rd floor. The owners are very pleasant and quick to reply to messages, I had asked for restaurant recommendations and was not disappointed with the list that Patty provided. We would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
