Beautiful spot right next to Cypress Creek! The location is unbeatable; located on the square. This is incredibly convenient since parking in the area can often be tricky. Thankfully, there’s ample parking available right at the cabin site. The owner was warm, welcoming, and went out of their way to be accommodating. I’ll definitely be returning to Cabins on the Square for future stays!

Loud recycling air conditioning unit

The property location was excellent, but the recycling of the air conditioning unit at night was extremely loud and made sleeping difficult As a good night, sleep is so important this cut down on the attractiveness of this accommodation which was cabin number three

Overall fantastic

Inside and out so beautiful and relaxing and so close to everything in town. Talked to the owner because we left things in the room and she was so helpful and accomodating. Will be back and i def recommend this stay to everyone.

Wonderful Experience!

The #3 Nature Cabin was awesome! Within walking distance of almost everything and the back yard going down to the creek was absolutely BEAUTIFUL (even if it did need mowing). The only improvement to this cabin would be the inclusion of a small microwave to heat your coffee. That would be perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable and everything was clean. The sink was slow draining and the toilet did stop up the morning we were to leave and we were unable to get it moving again, but we were on our way out, so it was all good. Sorry about that! But we'll be back some day.

Romantic and quaint

We just loved our stay in Wimberly and our room at the Cabins on the Square. It's quiet and private, with beautiful grounds, a great fire pit and lovely view of the river. Everything is in walking distance and the restaurants and shops are great.

Perfect Place to Stay in Wimberley

Had no idea how perfect this place would be until we arrived! Stayed here for a sister weekend in August. It’s perfectly situated in Wimberley Square—walking distance to so many amazing shops, restaurants and bars. The property was super clean and the beds were so comfortable. There is a very nice outdoor area overlooking Cypress Creek with a fire pit area and tons of seating. If you’re looking for water it’s a very short drive to Cypress Falls swimming hole. It’s the perfect place for a girls trip! Will definitely be coming back in the fall or winter!

Loved cabin #3. Perfect size for our mother/daughter mini vacation.

The bedding, WOW! So comfortable. mornings spent relaxing by the creek enjoying our coffee, the sound of the creek, and the birds. We appreciated being able to leave our vehicle parked at the cabin and walking to all the shops and restaurants. We will be back next year! Thank you!

Perfection!

We absolutely loved everything about this little cabin! The location, the cleanliness and everything you could possibly need it had. The only suggestion I have is maybe putting a small microwave in there so any leftovers one might have can be warmed up. We didn’t have any so it wasn’t a problem for us, but just thinking if we had stayed longer we might have needed one.

Anniversary Weekend

This was the perfect place for us to spend our anniversary weekend. It was cozy, quiet, and, more importantly, clean. This place had a little bit of everything for everyone. We are extremely pleased to have stayed here.

Lovely Cabin & Stay

The cabin/room was super clean and is decorated so nicely. The beds are super comfortable, and even my 5 and 7 year old boys slept in each morning while there. We really enjoyed being walking distance from all of our activities (except for Jacob’s Well and Blue Hole). Restaurants, shops, etc, are all within walking distance, which is great. We made use of the on site games, made s’mores in the fire pit, and spent a whole afternoon playing in the creek and enjoying the music from the restaurant nearby. Also, the hostess was very responsive and friendly, which I appreciate.

Darling spot for short stay

We stayed in cabin 3, which was perfect for our two night wedding weekend stay. The property is very well located to soak in Wimberley Square, just park when you check in and walk everywhere else. Unit is as shown in pix, nice linens, lots of outdoor seating choices to enjoy the beautiful setting. Property managers make check-in/out easy and communicate proactively. A couple things to be aware of: the room is small — there were three of us and I cannot imagine four people staying in that room. A dresser but no closet. Pillows weren’t our favorite — next time I will take my own.

Cute, quaint, perfect for a weekend getaway!

We loved staying here so much! The cabins were cute and cozy, perfect for my family of four! My boys enjoyed the games out front and my husband and I loved the proximity to the square. Would definitely stay here again! Communication and the check in process was seamless. Highly recommend!
