Cozy Cottage - Perfect for Large Family
This house worked wonderfully for our large multi-generational family (8 adults, 3 children & 3 babies). Stayed 5 nights/4 days. Pool man showed up to maintain pool during stay. Not shown and an added plus is the pool area is fenced adding a sense of security with children in mind. And the pool is as large as the picture portrays-bigger than most backyard pools. The house was clean and has cottage vibe. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were very comfortable. Multiple gathering areas: front room w/large screen TV, back porch w/large table and separate group of chairs and front porch where you could see Lake Michigan, lower level w/TV area and play area, nice yard w/fire pit and the fenced pool area. Grill worked fine. We had pretty hot humid weather and house air conditioner worked perfectly to keep us cool and comfortable. Room above garage too was very clean and although to warm to sleep there it was a good escape spot when needed. Short walk to beach w/hill to navigate so wagons and stroller needed for little ones. I would consider renting golf cart for a future stay. Laundry area clean and newer washer and dryer. Owner was available and easy to communicate with.Would definitely recommend and return.
