Hotel was clean with comfortable beds. Very disappointing that we missed the breakfast as it opened at 7am on the weekend. Would not stay there on a Friday or Saturday night again

The room smelled like urine whenever we first arrived, and underneath the beds, we found a used ear plug as well as other pieces of garbage. In my opinion, it was overpriced for the quality that we experienced.

Nice place
Nice economical place to stay. The rooms with double beds are a little small for more than 2. The breakfast was very nice.

Decent stay.
Convenient location. The room was clean and tidy. But there was an odd smell, maybe from the heater. The only other complaint would be the bed, there were 2 beds and mine was hard has a rock, the other one was a little better.

Would stay here again.
The hotel was very nice, clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed and very good shower. The things I always look for in a hotel. The included breakfast was very nice and prepared you for the day. Good variety of food.

Bugs in unit. Olga at front desk was pretty rude regarding our credit card on file & even after filling out the appropriate form she still wanted the whole number on file.

I was very pleased with how clean the unit was. There was a fresh clean smell. The heating system was very responsive and a chilly room warmed up immediately. I would definitely recommend this to my friends.

We loved our stay in New Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfy. It was very hectic trying to get breakfast with so few places to sit and eat. People were also smoking cigarettes and weed in rooms or halls or outside the side door and the smell was apparent upstairs in the halls. We would come back!

Deborah, I am so sorry for the smell of cigarette and weed smoke. We ask people to walk away from the building so it doesn't come inside. But sometimes people don't listen or follow the rules. I am happy to hear you will come back again. Thank you so much.

Sub par experience at prenium rate
There was no elevator to bring up our bags, had to drag them upstairs and I have arthritis. The downstairs hallways had smell and so did the air coming out of the AC unit so we were pretty hot. I was excited to take a bath in what looked like a great tub but it had hair all in it. The beds weren't very comfortable and the food in the tiny eatery was not good. The positives were the front desk staff was friendly and there were lots of towels available. I am usually not so picky but we paid a premium rate for a hotel that should be economy.

Ça a prit plus de 10min d'attente avant de pouvoir m'enregistrer car la personne au comptoir avait plus l'air de jaser avec l'autre client que de faire son engistrement. Il n'y a que 4 tables pour déjeuner donc j'ai dû me débrouiller pour ramener assiette et verre à ma chambre ce qui n'est pas évident pour ouvrir la porte et c'était rendu froid. Sinon tout le confort attendu d'une chaine est présent avec en prime du personnel capable de nous diriger vers les attraits que je voulais.

I was really disappointed that the breakfast area only had three tables for everyone in the hotel. There was a large sofa in the area and it could have been taken out and three more tables could have been opened up. There was also a waisted area by the front desk that held a large water jug that could have had three chairs as well. The breakfast area is just too small to cover the number of guest. People were taking food to their room. Very inconvenient. Over the week I spent over $1,400.00 in accommodations at your hotel. It doesn’t seem like there is any thought to the breakfast logistics.

Wifi and cell service was poor/nonexistent in the room. It’s a busy hotel so it was longer lineups for breakfast and the pool was full all the time. Not very peaceful but close to the highway.

Tracy checked us in and she was super friendly and helpful! The breakfast was modest but covered the basics and was good. The room was very small - only double beds - was a little small for 4 people of average size.
