Gorgeous Apartment

We had 4 adults, my husband and I and my in-laws. It was a comfortable stay and if we had wanted to cook, had all the comforts of home. The coffee maker is a Keurig and they have a basket of k-cups, sugar, and powdered 'creamer' ready for you, a nice, thoughtful amenity. The balconies are also a lovely feature. The pool area is fantastic. For those staying longer than a couple days, being able to grill and play in the pool would be very enjoyable (it's on the 2nd level, btw). Communication with our host was wonderful, check in and out was easy, and it was a clean, quiet, beautiful place to rest after a day of exploring the big easy!Location...as an FYI, this is an 'up and coming' neighborhood, and depending on how you reach it, it may feel a little sketchy. The parking garage and building are secure, and we hubg outside wsiting for many a Lyft ride and had no problems with anything or anyone. We were completely comfortable. Just driving in my in-laws were a little hesitant. Once we arrived, they loosened right up. And for the value, and ease of reaching the places we wanted to go, it was well worth it.We highly recommend this spot!

We enjoyed our stay! It was four girls in our twenties and we felt VERY safe and secure. Lots of room and very clean. Would stay again.

Pros & Cons: Consider Carefully and Plan Accordingly!!!

Our stay was decent. It started out horribly, but improved with time. Pros: - Fully enclosed and safe parking lot with a reserved space - Decent views from unit - Newer building - Close to the French Quarter Cons: - Abysmal check-in process. We were provided incorrect access codes to the building and garage. Property management had no back-up plan for getting us access to the building in the event that the codes didn't work. - Poor communication from property management. We had to call them EIGHT times before someone finally answered while we were attempting to gain building access with the incorrect access codes they provided. - Located in a poor/sketchy part of town. To be fair, everything close to the French Quarter is impoverished and sketchy (ghetto). - The unit is not near as clean and pristine as presented in the listing. The walls were filthy. The bedroom closet is used for storing cleaning supplies, such as mops, and it reeks. Much like Bourbon Street following a busy puked-filled night of partying. Pretty sure the mop has cleaned its fair share of vomit. - Minimal hot water capacity (shower turns cold in 6 min) When we arrived, the codes to the building and garage did not work. If it weren't for a resident sharing their code, we would have never gained access to our unit. The property management had no clue what to do. Told us to find a building security guard (doesn't even exist) for help. Check-in was a total s*** show, starting our trip with stress and chaos.

Great Getaway

The condo was exactly as it appeared in the pictures. Great location with a nice city view and many boats gliding effortlessly by on the Mississippi. We loved that. An easy Lyft ride away from the French Quarter. Communication was excellent whenever we were needing advice. Would highly recommend!

Decent but wouldn’t stay again

Went to drop off bags and the cleaning lady had her kids on the couch eating and watching Netflix, when we finally went to the place when she was done it wasn’t cleaned that well, and there was a blind missing from the main window in the living room so they had a piece of paper type thing taped in it that looked like complete trash that fell down twice, left 2 days early because of an emergency and wasn’t refunded those 2 days, all in all wouldn’t stay here again

Nice place too much of there stuff

The property is new and there is plenty of space, unfortunately the management has chosen to utilize much of the space where clothing, food, and toiletries would need to go with lots of their cleaning supplies. The cabinets in the kitchen that are not being used for dishes etc are full of bottles of cleaners and partial used paper products. The closets are either half full of linens, extra lamps or multiple vacuums, and mops. Luckily we brought (and left behind for the next traveler) hangers since there were maybe 6 total. There is nowhere to store clothing without emptying cabinets and vanities. If they need all the supplies I would suggest to consolidate them ( you don't need 7 partially used body wash and half use rolls of paper towels under the sinks) or offer dressers that don't hold the owners items

Highly Recommended

We had a great stay here. The property is very nice and well stocked with all the essentials plus plenty of towels, bedding, etc. Views of New Orleans and boats going down the mighty Mississippi are great. Location is relatively quiet. Highly recommended!
