We stayed here a birthday trip over St. Patrick's day weekend and we all really enjoyed the place! Everything was as described and the check-in and out process were both so easy and streamlined! Definitely recommend for larger groups and if we come back with one again, we will definitely look to stay here!

This was my third trip to NOLA and this house was by far the best accommodation compared to my previous stays. The house was perfectly located as it was in close proximity to the airport, Convention Center, and French Quarter. We had a total of eight guests (seven adults and one teen) and the house had more than enough room for us all. We were a little nervous upon arrival regarding the neighborhood, but our concerns were quickly put at ease because the neighborhood was extremely quiet. The very first thing that we noticed as we entered the property was how clean this house was. The Host was wonderful, she quickly responded to our inquires. There was a slight issue with parking in the drive when we arrived, but the host reached out prior to our arrival to explain that the City was conducting repairs at the end of the drive and due to the rain they were unable to complete the repairs prior to our arrival. Although this issue was a City issue and was out of the Host's hands she did everything to ensure there was a close location that offered us secure parking, which we did not need as we were still able to maneuver around the City's incomplete repair and utilize the drive to park our two vehicles. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to prepare breakfast at home. Everyone enjoyed the game room, which offered hours of entertainment. Thank you so much Rochelle for all the small touches that welcomed us. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Visited with a group of 8 for my brother’s Bachelor party and ended up spending most of our time in the home playing shuffleboard! The home is gorgeous and had more than enough space to comfortably fit our large group. Even the bunk beds were very large and comfortable. The home is well designed and well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare beautiful, high quality meals. I like to keep reviews succinct, but I really must emphasize how much I loved the kitchen and how convenient it made meals for the weekend. While the neighborhood is not the most stunning, it is very quiet and the home is directly located across from the Sheriff’s office. My group felt safe and in reality the quality of the neighborhood is irrelevant when the home itself is beautiful. The home is also very well located, central to everything and not far from grocery stores and eateries. Rochelle was very accommodating and flexible with our needs. She was prompt to communicate and a wonderful host. Highly recommend this stay!

The place was very clean. Lots of space with a nice back porch. The bunk beds on the second floor are large and comfortable and the games are an added bonus (two arcade sets and shuffle puck). The living room couch was very comfortable. Fairly easy commute to get to the French quarter. It’s only a 5-6 block walk to a trolley that takes you right in (10 min on the trolly tops). Tip for anyone from out of town: be very safe. Check your numbers. Watch out for your friends.

My family and I stayed at this fantastic property while moving my daughter in to Tulane. There were 5 of us and we had more than enough room. We EASILY parked 3 cars off the street. The outside of the house is adorable but be ready to be blown away when you open the front door! It’s gorgeous inside! When I booked this I didn’t care that much about the game room but I was in a heated game of shuffleboard within an hour of arriving ( I won!). So close to everything. We easily ubered to the quarter and could quickly drive to TULANE. Rochelle, the host, makes everything so easy. Excellent host. This truly made one of the saddest times of my life, leaving my only child at college, a much needed delight! Thank you Rochelle!

House was set up great. Kids loved the game room. One of them didn’t work, but we still enjoyed them. Owner of the property was easy to get in contact with and very kind. Would definitely recommend this house!

This home was perfect for our bride and her family! We used this location for the brain party to get ready for the wedding, it had plenty of space for our GLAM team to set up. The upstairs gaming area was ideal and helped keep the littles entertained during all of the wedding preparations. The home was very clean. The homeowner was very accommodating and helped solved a couple of problems we had while staying. She was very responsive through text and answered immediately when I called. The parking situation can be hectic if you have a lot of different vehicles. We would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area!

Rochelle was a perfect host and was so communicative / accommodating before we even got to New Orleans. Her house made for a great stay in the city and was near all the places we wanted to go experience (all within 2-3 miles). The house was well air-conditioned, despite the humidity and heat, and would be a great place for both big and small groups. The place had everything we needed, which made it a simple and enjoyable trip for us! Can't wait to stay there again.

This property was amazing, my first time ever staying at a Airbnb so I had very low expectation before arriving I went to Walmart in the area to buy cleaning supplies but I was pleasantly surprised know cleaning was necessary.. when I tell you I loved it and will stay again and refer it to my friends who would be traveling to the area. This property was perfect for our family to stay at for my Nephew’s graduation. Everyone had their own space and was very comfortable. The house itself is absolutely beautiful and very clean. The location was close to all the places we needed to go. It was 15 minutes away from the airport and 10 minutes away from Bourbon Street for entertainment and great food. I will definitely rent this place again when we go back to Nawlings in the near future.

We had an incredible experience staying at this property! The house is super spacious and clean. The area was quiet and super easy to get ubers to downtown to Bourbon street and Frenchmen street. Our host, Rochelle, was also proactive communicating instructions about checking-in and out. Super easy and convenient experience. I would recommend this place to any group of people!

The house itself is beautiful. Both bunk rooms are upstairs with the game room at the landing to the stairs which threw off our plans a little for the split but we made it work. We traveled with children and usually bring a baby gate which would have been useful for the bottom of the stairs. The house is directly across the street from the jail but the crime map shows low crime and we never saw anyone but corrections officers going to work so we felt safe. The road construction on that side of town is completely awful. We were there for three days and never saw or heard anything (which was interesting considering the amount of work started) but the roads have massive pot holes all over. Some are the size of a half a car (including the one at the base of the driveway which was a pain to get in and out of because people working at the jail would park behind the driveway every single day making it difficult to get to through the massive hole in the street without hitting the car parked on the road. We also have a larger car which makes it more difficult ) It’s super close to the Super Dome and Smoothie king center but I’m not sure how walkable it would be. The neighbors house has extremely bright lights that shine into the bedrooms at night (I assume to light up the small ally in between the houses) but it was like midday in the rooms at night. I was able to hang blankets around a bottom Bunk to make it darker for our littlest but there are no drapes to help block any light. There are blinds but they didn’t help much. The coffee pot is a keurig. House had just about everything we needed except measuring cups and a large pot for noodles for the 7 of us. No dressers In bedroom but there are entertainment centers with a few shelves and good closet space with hangers. Owner was super responsive and we loved the house. We would probably rent again but come a little more prepared for the stairs and bright rooms at night.
