1. When you enter the building the smell punches you in the face. It smells like someone poured bleach over rotting trash instead of removing the trash. We asked the security guard if he didn’t smell it - he said he’s gotten used to it- which is indicative that this a known and disgusting problem.2. The elevator didn’t smell great but it wasn’t too bad- we get to our floor the room the elevator is in smelled fine… but as we get closer to our rooms the smell is new and worse. This now smells like potpourri sprinkled near a very full baby diaper. There is a bag of linen left in the hall in between the two rooms and that made the smell worse for the time we were there.3. We checked in Thursday night - and checked out Saturday morning- the bag is still there. Has not been addressed, but has continued to decompose and smell.5. The bathrooms leave something to be desired. Lack amenities. 6. The one apartment had a low bed, and while the rest of the floor board was clean, you could tell that the area by the beds (your head haven't been cleaned in ages).When I contacted the number the company provided, I apparently texted the wrong number and should have texted the second number. However, no one ever replied to me. You'd think any number they provide would give you a response, even if it was to contact some else. There customer service is non-existent. They are a scam of a company, they make sure they hide all the details so they can get away with terrible customer service.
