Cabin
We absolutely loved this little cabin. It was just what we were looking for, a little hideaway from the hustle and bustle of city life. It was cozy, and had everything we needed. They even allowed us to check in a little earlier when we thought the weather was not going to cooperate with our plans. It was clean, had a huge selection of movies to pick from, CD player for some music, it was just great.

Gorgeous time
From the moment we entered the cabin, we immediately knew that we made the right choice. The cabin was very clean. Also the property it self is very interesting (almost 200 care). There is even a beautiful waterfall. The owner, David, gave me a tour to his oil pump and explained the ins and outs. That was very nice. I definitely would come back.

Perfect place to get away
We cannot recommend this place enough. They take really good care of this property and it’s the little details that make it worth it. Dog friendly, great shower, garden, and prepared firewood made our stay a dream land of memories. It’s out of the way with no internet access. There are dvds, cds, satellite tv, old school vhs tapes, and records. A quiet place with a great view of the stars. We would like to go back.

Fall Break
We had a great time. No cell service or internet which made it that much better. They have a target range set up just outside the cabin, which was fun. We used their gas grill for dinner which was convenient. They had everything we needed in the kitchen as well as fresh veggies and treats for the humans and pets. They had a large selection of CDs and records which the college kids enjoyed playing. We did day trips from here to Hocking Hills. Definitely would stay again.

Cozy with a great view
This cabin felt so homey. The private and secluded setting was exactly what we were looking for. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of leaving fruits and veggies from their garden and drawing a map of a nice hike on the property. Asking us about our music and movie preferences before arrival and the records that were left were such a wonderful touch. We would definitely stay again.

Absolute hidden gem!!
I booked this place because I wanted to get away with husband and dogs for my birthday. This place did not disappoint! Cell service was almost non existent which we needed. Secluded enough to not hear much of anything but nature, and still only about 15 minutes away civilization. Lol. This cabin was so comfy. Rustic feel inside with all amenities you need. Huge kitchen and dining area, modern bathroom and shower. Big clean bedrooms and cozy furniture. Huge dvd library to watch stuff when you're staying inside. Screened in back porch was great. Outdoor table, fire pit and grills in the backyard. Even targets set up down the way from the back porch for safe target shooting. The dogs loved this place! Free dog treats for them when we got there(free candy for us), water bowl, and tie out available. We took the dogs for a walk a few minutes down the road and took a trail that led to a little stream and cave. We drove all around the county and found some great nature spots. We can't wait to come stay here again in the fall/ winter. Sorry for the long review, I just can't say enough good things about this place!!

The coziest cabin
This place was amazing. There were games and multiple tvs for if you wanna hang with your family or go off on your own. The hosts were amazing and even left little treats around for us. We had all we needed and would stay again.

So relaxing!
This cabin feels like home the minute you walk in. It’s clean, it’s quiet and to top it off, you can bring your pets!!! We found that extremely nice. Not to worry about your fur buddies eating, playing and being treated good is comforting. Upon arrival we found one dish that had dog treats in it and another that had human treats in it plus there was cold water in the fridge. Can’t beat that. This wonderful cabin had all the extras you could ever imagine. This was our second time back and we plan on continuing to comeback. Thank you so much for such a relaxing time away!!!

Hunting Cabin Get Away
This property is a lovely hilltop cabin with room to sleep 4 or more in two bedrooms. Nicely equipped kitchen and awesome shower. The location is secluded, and we saw very few people drive by on Bell Bottom Road. Grocery stores and restaurants are 25 minutes away. Do you want a private retreat? This is for you.

Great Cabin
We had an amazing time, it was me and my cousin then our two dogs. It was the little things that the host did, they had treats for the dogs along with a water bowl, towel and tie out. I did take a star off the online listing because we was giving the address of a house up the road but it was only off by one so it wasn’t too hard to find. 10/10 would stay here again and this will be our go to place when we head for Hocking. They even have hiking areas on their property which was so nice, the shower was amazing too especially after a long day of hiking and this place is great.

Didn’t want to leave.
It was awesome! We were able to bring our puppies with us which meant a lot. Being able to shoot in the backyard was so much fun! The cabin had everything you could possibly want. Unfortunately it rained almost the entire time but that didn’t ruin our time. It was what we needed, we got to relax. We didn’t have cell service but that too was ok. We put our phones away and talked, it was refreshing. Looking forward to going back. This time for a week, 3 days, two nights just wasn’t long enough. Thank you for a great weekend

Sweet solitude!
Great, out of the way spot. Quiet and remote but close to everything! Great amenities, free coffee, cool shower, shooting range off the back porch, etc. Comfy and warm. Highly recommend!

If you are looking for a peaceful rustic getaway, this is your place. It's off of the beaten path, but close enough to everything you need. You can tell this cabin has been well loved by the family...right down to the growth chart on the doorway! We really enjoyed our stay!

Upmost in seclusion!
Wonderful location for us visiting family from Lancaster, New Lex & Glouster. We did find uncooked rice & Macaroni under a sheet in the futon which was strange but overall a great experience. The host was excellent. We will stay again.

Cozy quaint little cabin. Sleigh bed is extremely comfortable and shower is nice. Kitchen is well stocked - if you forgot something it’s most likely there. Owners leave little touches for you and your pet which is nice. Would recommend and stay again.

Mid October stay
Overall a nice little place. The queen bed was quiet comfortable. Little things where left for our family to be entertained ( bubbles on the back porch, and little goodies for the kids). Plenty of movies to pick from for when daytime activities were done. My only real issue was it seemed I had to wash any dish before I could use it because it was dirty even though it was in the cupboard. ( Not necessarily his fault. If it was already put away I too would assume my last guest washed and put away the dishes they used. No one should have to go through and double check that the dishes were properly cleaned before being put away.) The hammock was nice but it is very old and I later had to tell the kids to stay off of it as it was leaving a white residue on their clothes plus the ropes where wanting to break. Maybe time to change that out or just remove for safety. Otherwise it was a wonderful stay. Plenty of firewood and peaceful.
