Me gusto la limpieza y comodidad de la habitación. No me gusto el ruido en los pasillos por la mañana, se escuchan bastante los sonidos. Otra cosa que no me gusto es que yo reserve una habitación LEISURE, que en la página dé Hoteles.com aparece la imagen de una habitación con jacuzzi, situación que no fue así, la habitación que me fue asignada fue una habitación standar, por lo que creo que deberían de tener fotografías que correspondan al servicio que están ofreciendo para que el cliente pueda tomar la mejor opción.

Si bien esta un poco retirado de manhatan, lo compensan con el un servicio de transporte hasta la estación mas cercana el cual te lleva cada hora y te recogen nuevamente a la hora que necesites. realmente fue muy agradable la estadía.

Buena opcion para viajeros express!
Muy buena opcion de hospedaje. 10 min del aeropuerto LaGuardia y muy cercana a la estacion de tren. Lo mejor, el shuttle. Ellos te recojen y te llevan al aeropuerto. Ademas, cada hora, a partir de las 7.30 am te llevan a la puerta de la estacion de tren. No gastas mas que el subway. Si se toma la linea express, llegas en 15 min a la 5a av. El desayuno no es muy variado pero tiene gran calidad. Recomendable!!

Hello Kelli, If you can please contact the hotel. am unsure of when you stay took place. The Holiday Inn Express LGA has been closed since the COVID 19 pandemic and is still closed. If this stay was prior to April 3, i be happy to make it right for you.

市の中心部から地下鉄とバスで約1時間かかりましたが、大晦日を含む3泊朝食込みでこの料金なら文句なしです。また、最寄りの地下鉄駅にホテルから無料のシャトルバスサービスがあり大変便利でした。朝食もベーグルやシナモンロール、ヨーグルト、ジュース、フルーツなど充実していて、子供も満足していました。

Staff was excellent and accommodating. Shuttle driver, Ian, was outstanding and instantly available, not just airport service, but local restaurant and shopping drop off. Breakfast was not up to the standards of HIE. Eggs and sausage patties were very overcooked both days; bacon was twisted like a roll with outer parts crisp and inner parts nearly raw. Refrigerated items (yogurt) were warm and questionable. Banana's were as green as the day they were picked. Domestic staff were very nice and welcoming. Good location for lots of NY stuff.

The staff was very helpful and professional. The hotel, for the most part, was pretty good. but the parking was an issue. The hotel charged $20 a day but it was always difficult to find something available whenever we got in late. The elevator door had a problem the last 3 days of our stay there and would bang really loud when opening or closing. Since our room was next to the elevator it would wake us up during the night and early morning hours, which was very annoying. The staff was not able to move us to another room as they said they were completely booked.

Not too good , not too bad .
Over all it was a good stay, it is somewhat smallest holiday inn express that I ever stayed in. Front desk staff had some attitude and were not very friendly. Despite paying for parking at facility, it gets tricky to find a spot and I had to request the hotel staff to move some cars and waited for 15-20 min to create a spot for me. Our bed sheets were not clean and had to get them changed. Good things is it is located close to freeway and it’s easy to get in and out of hotel.

The parking is terrible. They have very few spaces on the property and for $20.00 a day to park your own car it really isn't worth it.

This property was fine. For the last time Orbitz screwed us over in the booking. We needed two doubles as our son was traveling with us. Orbitz didn’t communicate this to the hotel. We tried to get a room with doubles but were told they were fully booked with none available. There were no cots either so our son slept on the floor. Orbitz has done this to us before si this is the LAST booking we make with them.
