Best hotel and staff in New York ever!
Estuve una semana antes en este mismo hotel para celebrar mi cumpleaños y recibí, desde el mismo momento de la reserva en Hoteles.com una atención personalizada muy poco fecuente en en mundo actual y, sobre todo en New York. Un upgrade a una suite maravillosa en ambas estadías. Diferentes pero exquisitamente renovadas dentro de un edificio emblemático para los amantes de la arquitectura como yo, dónde todo el protagonismo y la decoración minimalista apuntan a esos ventanales mirando al Bryant Park o al Empire State que son obras de arte vivas. Cuidado en cada detalle, desde recibirte con tu nombre, carta escrita a mano ya sabiendo tus planes para la estadía y chocolates deliciosos. Todo el staff liderado con maestría y amabilidad por Siobhan siempre con una palabra gentil y atentos a todos los requerimientos. Cómo arquitecta el edificio del hotel me resultaba atractivo de visitas previas, pero algunos comentarios muy expresivos leídos en Expedía me decidieron a elegir The Bryant Park Hotel y la experiencia fue aún mejor que la imaginada. Desde ahora the Bryant será nuestra casa fuera de casa en NY. Gracias a todos por hacer de una estadía una experiencia inolvidable!

A great architectural landmark with a huge soul!
What a great experience to live New York and beloved Bryant Park from the 19th floor suite overlooking the Park, the Public Library and One Venderbilt. I've been many times in NY, mostly at the Upper East Side or in front of Rockefeller Center. All very nice hotels but the quality of the architecture of The Bryant and the superb staff makes a huge diference. I came to celebrate my 65 birthday, the very first after my mother passed away and my sister cáncer remision after a hard battle. Siobhan and her young staff made us feel at home, away from home. Not to mention the most appreciated upgrade, the Proseco and Belgian truffles and, most of all the handwritten welcoming card. On top of that, a Birthday Card signed by all the staff moved me to tears. Not to mention Siobhan took the time with her staff parter to come to meet with us personally the next morning. If You are looking for a warm touch, architectural and great views this is THE place. I spend all my "0" or "5" birthday in a different city since I was 5 years old and travel the World almost 6 months a year staying at great places, but The Bryant Park Hotel left an unforgettable memory. So happy we'll be back for the last four days of this trip! Congrats and thanks a million from the botton of my heart.

The suite was an unusually large space for manhattan. For a couple having a quick weekend getaway, the space to spread out, being walkable to Broadway and adjacent to a subway stop makes this is an ideal location.

Check-in was excellent (shoutout to Scott). We were greeted with bottles of water and had a bottle of Prosecco and toys for my two children waiting for us in the room. Service overall was excellent in all regards. The only item that could potentially be improved is more comfortable beds.

I was not able to check in because my flight to NYC on Delta from Rochester for cancelled. I was disappointed to learn that I will still be charged for the hotel. I was coming to NYC for a work trip and had enough stress driving to a town two hours away to get a flight at 5am tomorrow. I can't speak to the hotel quality but I was really looking forward to my stay and am now out the money through no fault of my own.

Bryant Park Hôtel was an excellent place to stay. Very convenient and Shannen at the front lobby was so friendly and was so welcoming. My granddaughter adored the place and Shannen. Absolutely recommend this place.

Wonderful location right across from Bryant Park. Great middle ground from Times Square, tons of shopping and dining options. Not far from Moynihan Terminal (walk a few blocks). Staff was great. 15th floor room was of average size. Nice sized bathroom with shower and tub. Under the bed was dusty; one wall had a smeared booger on it; bathroom had a blood splatter spot (hence the 3 star).

Enjoyed the hospitality and the contemporary feel of the hotel. Very clean, and remarkably quiet. Only negative is that the TV didn't work but we only stayed one night so that didn't matter. Bed could have been softer but I am picky about that because I have hip issues.

Lovely hotel in a great location, within walking distance to Times Square, and 5th Avenue, and the subway was just 100 ft away. The customer service representatives were courteous and friendly, the room was excellent, the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room as well as the bathroom were sparkling clean. They also offered a free coffee and muffins in the morning, which was appreciated.

The staff at the Bryant Park are always amazing. We have stayed there twice and had the same fabulous service both times. The location can’t be beat. Central to Midtown Manhattan in easy walking distance to the Theatre District but away from the crazy of Times Square.

Hotel is a great location with an excellent staff. The Director, John was attentive to my issues and the general manager was quick to action. It’s an old hotel (100-years old), with some quality issues that need to be addressed. But overall it was a pleasant experience and it’s a work in progress. They were kind enough to comp. My one night stay and sent a refund through Expedia.

Bryant Park hotel is the best hotel in NYC, I stayed last year and it was blast stay, so I came back this year. All staffs are always nice and kind and the property does not age at all comparing to last year. All requests are immediately handdled. Everybody knows BPH has perfect location and decent size of room / bathroom, which is really enjoyable, but the best part is their warm heart and kindness. Recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for place to stay. I will come back on March next year. Thank you!
