The property was generally as advertised,. Interiors were marginally clean, but the exterior was consistently littered with trash. (For example, a soiled diaper was left by the side of the house for almost our entire stay.)
Furnishings were entirely inadequate. The sectional sofa has a broken back, and the ottoman is broken as well. One bedroom window was broken as well and could not be closed.
The wifi provider was spotty, dropping to below 25 mbps at times.
Kitchenware and flatware were almost non existent. There were four mismatched plastic plates (the property is supposed to be for six people!), and two chipped pots.
Linens were also a hodgepodge collection with threadbare towels.
Traffic on the facing street can be pretty loud, even at night.
There was confusion about checkout, and the owner even complained bitterly about the utility bill (we showered once a day and did laundry once a week). Communication was challenging because of the owner’s fluency in English.
