Cute cottage but too bright to sleep
Overall the cottage is as shown however it is missing a few finishing touches to be as exactly as described and represented. It is quite bright at night with light entering from the uncovered glass entry door and uncovered windows, even a window with blinds let the light sneak through. Very cute and cozy and well located. We will not go back due to the brightness.

Beautiful eclectic space in a prime location
We loved the cool concept decor and open, light filled feel of the place. It is clean, quiet, and located about a 15-20 minute walk from the newbury beach and a 10 minute drive to downtown Newburyport. We brought our pup and he enjoyed playing at the beach as well as walking around some of the marsh trails. The local restaurants are SO good and some even dog friendly. Because the kitchen was so well equipped and with a working grill we also were able to cook at the sea loft. I couldn’t be happier with our stay and would highly recommend it to others.

Beautiful Plum Island
This is a cute little space and very clean. The bed was comfortable. It as a little too bright in the mornings - some sun-blocking shades would help. As would a luggage rack.

Not great
No hair dryer, no blanket under a thin bedspread and no guest book for me to know how to check out. The owner smokes and the smell was very strong coming up through the walls and door. It was a clean space but would not book again.

The Newburyport Loft
We really enjoyed our stay at the loft and look forward to returning. It’s just shy of a five rating due to the cigarette smoke we smelled each night from downstairs, the missing TV remote and missing the property instruction manual. That said the space was well appointed, comfortable and adorable.

Comfortable living space in a beautiful area!
We really enjoyed our stay. It was a short walk/drive to the beach, and all of the amenities were as advertised. My only constructive feedback was that the yard area was a bit unkempt. Didn’t affect our stay, but impacted the aesthetic. With that being said, the weekend was overall a huge success. We missed it as soon as we left. Overall, we would definitely recommend!

Location and space are great. A bit dated and some things left uncleaned but would stay again! Love walking distance to the new Sunset Club and the fact that there’s parking included. Thank you!!

Everything promised plus more! Really enjoyed my stay - owner has put alot of thought into the place, including fun funky furnishings. Quiet neighborhood and walk to town beach
