No staff or check in after 11 PM
This needs to be refunded. When I got to the hotel last night there was no front desk staff at all. I waited around for hours before giving up and going somewhere else.

It was not at all like what was online. Door was ajar and very old and smoky - filthy - we had already checked in, but we immediately left and went to a Marriott close by. I would take this site off of your listings.

Old, smelly, room different than picture
The room was nothing like the picture online. There was no coffee maker, no dishes, and worst of all no table and no chairs! I had to open the ironing board just to have a place to put my suitcase! The kitchen outlet was black where it had burned. The toilet seat was broken. The kitchen handle was just hanging on. The curtains were halfway off the rod. The crack in the door was large enough for bugs to come in. Very old and smelled terrible. I had to go buy air freshener just to be able to stay there. When we checked in, there was a note that said out to lunch be back in 30 minutes. No seats to sit in and wait. Breakfast was a breakfast bar but when we went to get one, the door was locked with a sign be back in 30 minutes gone to lunch! Will not stay there again.

Never again!
We arrived late and immediately went to bed. Next morning we discovered that it was bot the accessible room with roll in dhower that we had reserved. the carpets were stained and the dedk chair was dirty. There was only one lsrge bath towel. Came for a wedding.
I did not realize until I arrived that all of the rooms are accessed from the outside. The room was somewhat clean but everything in the room was cheap. The suitcase rack fell down, the bathroom towel rack fell off, the shower had the plug and metal piece missing to take a bath. The towels were barely more than rags. I was never approached but there were many people walking around that were rough-looking. When I first asked for more washcloths I was told to bring the dirty ones down to be replaced. When I did so the next day, a much nicer man gave me enough to get through the stay. Shower controls were hard to figure out. Hot and cold were not as indicated. Overall, not a good place for a woman alone.

It was pretty average. The bed was terrible. It was way to hard. There was supposed to be a grab and go breakfast and they had none. The price was fair. It had a kitchenette, so we were able to do some cooking.

Faulty door
My room was clean and the bed was adequately comfortable. It was definitely not something to write home about for comfort, however. Unfortunately, the problem was that the front desk staff put me into a room with a known faulty door and when I returned from the wedding I was in town for, I was locked out. The front desk called the on-call maintenance staff, but it took hours for the person to arrive. In the meantime, I was able to get another room, but my belongings were stuck inside my original room with the faulty door. I did not get my belongings until 2am!! Despite my significant inconvenience, the hotel staff were all very kind and respectful throughout the experience.

In short, my room was not clean. It had not been swept or vacuumed, there was a roach leg on the wall, there was a roach and a spider, there was food residue in the sink and the stove, a used water bottle behind the chair, used soap in the bathroom, and the outside of the tub had not been cleaned. Also the bathroom door would not close/lock.

Upon arrival they gave us a key to someone else’s room. Once we actually were put into a vacant room the towels were dirty, floor was completely stained & sticky. Stains on walls. Cockroach legs on walls. “Kitchen” area looked filthy and falling apart. Our first night there was a fight that broke out in front of our door, we were unable to go up until the police arrived to diffuse the situation. And even then I listened to a girl screaming because whoever was going to jail. I chose this extended stay for my 2 night stay based on reviews. I could’ve stayed at a 1 star rating and got the same experience for alot less.

I am very disappointed, frustrated and upset. After a long day, we were tired, ready to rest only to find out that there is nobody in the front desk to check us in and the door was locked, this was 1015pm. We tried to call the emergency number posted if help is needed, no answer.30 mins passed still no one came with plenty of people with us waiting, I called customer service,it’s unfortunate that they can’t do anything but to call FD but no answer. We finally called police to get help, after 2 hours around 1230sh am we were transferred to nearest Extended Stay america, expecting to have our previous reservation honored, No, they made us pay again!!! So frustrating!!! but because we were tired we needed to rest, we just paid the room. But never again to stay in this hotel ever! Very bad customer service! Stay away if you’ll take my advice.

Overpriced, lousy stay.
The front desk person couldnt log in to check me in so it took over 20 mins of waiting after working 13 hrs at the hospital. Then when i got to my room, all the windows were open as if there had been some odor or fumigation or something. I didnt notice any odor so i closed the windows. For the second time ive stayed there people were fighting outside my room disturbing my sleep. someone played loud rap music late into the night when i have to be at work at the hospital at 6:30 am. There was only one pillow on the bed and the linens very thin but at least clean. The floor had some sort of residue on it. I was too tired to go through any more aggrivation so I tried to get some sleep and get up to go back to work. i didnt use any appliances or anythi ng else in the room, simply slept a few hours and left. Then they have the nerve to charge me $250 for SMOKING!!!! I do not smoke and never have. I am furious. I called and asked for thee manager and am awaiting his call. I will be calling back. They charged more than my receipt on hotels.com was and then i still paid the additional $100 deposit. I will NEVER STAY here again. Its super convenient but every stay has been marred with some disaster or another. NEVER AGAIN. I am a registered nurse and have to be nicotine free for my job. Furious!

Price was ok. But this property had cockroach. Not very clean. Front desk staff made me wait for 1 and 1/2 hour for check-in because they are unable to find my reservation in their system. I asked for toaster multiple times, but it was not available.
