Basicamente buena para el costo. Deben agrandar el area del comedor ya que es muy pequeño y la fila para desayunar era larga en ocasiones. Ademas deben variar el menú, estuve seis dias y siempre fue lo mismo.

La habitación no tenía acceso directo al área de desayuno y tenía que salir fuera del hotel para entrar nuevamente al hotel y estaba muy lejos del la habitación

El hotel estaba bien pero todo empeoro al momento de dormir y descubrir q las camas estaban llenas de chinches y tener q irnos a dormir al carro y no obtener una respuesta de parte del manager

Realice una reserva de tres habitaciones y cuando llegue, solo habían 2 y me dijeron que ya estaban llenos y que no podían resolverme el problema y me dejaron así, para mi es un pésimo hotel y tengan mucho cuidado al hacer sus reservaciónes online, porque no quedan garantizadas, jamás regresaría a ese hotel, las habitaciones y las chapas muy viejas, pésimo servicio al llegar a la recepción!

Relacion costo beneficio es aceptable
El desayuno tiene muy pocas opciones, ademas de ser muy pequeño el lugar. Cobran el estacionamiento. Lo demas excelente.

Basement floor in the main building smells like chlorine and a bit dumpy. But it’s a third time I’m staying there, location is wonderful, cleanliness, staff are great. It’s worth the money, plus simple breakfast is included.

I have stayed there before this would’ve been our third time nowhere did I mention I wanted a room with a view it cost us extra $20 for that. I realize we are not going to get the best room but when we asked to move they said they had no rooms left. I enjoy the Comfort Inn we ended up leaving at 11:45 because of the noise when I gave the front desk our keys she asked me why we were leaving and when I told her why then she asked us if we wanted to move to another room? So I probably will not be returning 👎

It’s in a very nice location , but when you enter it’s looks very nice, but the hall and rooms needs a little upgrade, plus they just have one elevator, if you don’t mind the wait. The staff very nice and breakfast was great

The only reason I booked this hotel because it promoted the room has a queen size bed, it is a lie! Double bed, and I have to share it with my daughter!!!

The staff was very attentive to our needs. Rooms are tidy and comfortable. The pool and spa area is well kept. The breakfast was all ghat we could ask for. It was nice to see people are working steadily at keeping the place in good condition.

Paid for two nights but stayed only one night. Checked out early. Bed mattresses were too soft. Tub too slow in draining. Water covering my feet. Toilet seat was like sand paper rough.

The lady who was there when we arrived was so rude and unhelpful also she put us beside the swimming pool which made my kids sick because of the Chlor that the swimming pools had. They also charged us for the parking even though they didn’t mention that we have to pay for it! The room was nice and clean but their customer service was bad

Price compared to other hotels in the immediate area was much better. Centrally located among all the major hotels, rooms were good, dated but for the price point definitely met expectations. I would stay there again if going to niagara falls.
