Todo fue genial! El hotel está a 10 minutos a pie de las cataratas, el desayuno estuvo fenomenal al igual que la limpieza, la cama estaba súper cómoda y muy tranquilo para descansar, el parqueo es 30$ por noche no incluido pero tú carro está seguro además todos los hoteles te lo cobran aparte. El staff fue muy amable y servicial! Excelente opción para alojamiento.

Gracias por tomarse el tiempo para informarnos sobre su estadía.Si su reserva se pagó en su totalidad a Expedia, el único cargo posible será por el estacionamiento (si tenía un automóvil) o el depósito de seguridad de 200, que es solo una autorización y debe ser reembolsado por su banco dentro de 3-5 días hábiles.Esperando que esto se aclare y duda y esperamos verlo con nosotros en su próxima visita a las Cataratas del Niágara.*****************Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your stay . If your reservation was fully paid to Expedia, the only possible charge will be for the parking (if you had a car) or the 200 security deposit which is only an authorization and should be refunded back by your bank within 3-5 business days. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have been better with more variety and fresh fruit. Not enough hooks/towel bars for a family of 4. Great location. Walkable to all the attractions.

TV turned on by itself in the middle of the night, so sleep wasn’t great. Found hair on the countertop and blood stain on the duvet. Breakfast was good and staff were friendly.

Clean and a comfortable stay. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to all the restaurants and attractions. I would stay here again if in Niagara.

I liked that it was close and I could walk to places easily but I didn’t really like the $25 parking fee per day

upon arrival checking in was bit busy and only one person was doing the check-ins. Very clean environment. Swimming pool was nice and warm with towels provided. Get charged for car parking and accessible. Room was clean with very comfortable beds and spacious for 2 adults and 2 children with a stroller. Breakfast is included with different variety for all ages to eat from. Overall, our stay was great and we loved staying at the hotel. Definitely, we will be staying there again.

They had a great free breakfast every morning. The pool area was super clean and it was heated 😀😀😀. A block away from Clifton Hill and all the attractions. Lovely staff.
