Visit to NOTL
We spent two nights in this cosy cottage. I enjoyed the ~15 minute walk to downtown NOTL and met someone giving free walking tours of the area. This was unexpected and very interesting. Saturday morning at 10am. Dinner at Trius winery was lovely. We spent many hours at the Niagara Power Station having a guided tour in the afternoon and returning for the creative show “Currents”. Very pleasant weekend away!

Great romantic cottage in a great location
My girlfriend and I greatly enjoyed our two-night stay at the Bramble Rose Cottage which was very clean, cozy, and unique. A great location just a few blocks from NOTL's main commercial area and in a quiet residential settings also close to quite a few wineries. I would definitely recommend this property to any couple visiting the area. Thanks for letting us stay at your property.

Cottage get away
Wonderful cottage for 2. Great place for a romantic getaway. Close to everything. Great restaurants and a very walkable neighborhood. We had a nice barbecue dinner on the back patio. If we are ever in town again, we will definitely stay here.

Wonderful Wedding Getaway
We were in Niagara on the Lake for a family wedding. We were told a year ago to book a place to stay as the best places go quickly. We booked a year in advance and are we ever glad we did. We were hoping for a quiet place to relax after the running around for the wedding and we found the perfect place. Relaxing to the Nth degree. We stayed 3 nights and wished we could have stayed longer. We'll definitely be back again.

Perfect location for a couple in Niagara-on-the-Lake
My wife and I have stayed at this property a couple times while visiting Niagara-on-the-Lake. This cozy cottage is perfect in both size and location for a couple that wants to explore the area. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. There are also a couple bicycle rental places within walking distance, if you like to "bike and taste" at all the nearby wineries. We've already stayed here a couple times and will be sure to see if this place is available again on our next trip to the area. Dan

Most of the electricity went out one night but I messaged the manager through the VRBO app at 5:30 in the morning and he called me right away and talked me through finding the circuit breaker box and we were back in business.

The classic cottage tucked away among the roses
The Bramble Rose Cottage was everything that comes to mind when you think of a cottage...quaint front entry surrounded by roses and lush vegetation. In a larger home you would call it a "great room", but the front door led us to the kitchen / TV room / lounge where everything was in arm's reach. A truly comfortable bedroom leading to the patio where a chipmunk and rabbit joined us for breakfast.

Wonderful Cottage
My wife and I stayed at Bramble Rose cottage for a week to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. It is a wonderful location, easy to walk a few blocks to the historic downtown area, close to a small convenience store and wonderful bakery.

We spend a long weekend here and had a lovely stay. The house is beautiful and maintained really well and you can walk to queen street easily. We saw a beautiful deer roaming around the neighbourhood. Overall it was a nice stay. Thanks for the hospitality.

Comfort and Charm!
Beautiful setting, both inside and out. Clearly much care has gone into the decor, and I appreciated the touches. I had a pleasant stay. The bed and its linens made for a luxurious night's sleep. One of the best I've ever had when away. Wish I could have stayed longer.

NOTL Stay September 2022
This cottage was perfect for my wife and me for a getaway weekend. The listing and photos do not entirely do justice to the cottage - it had everything we needed and was super comfortable. Very convenient to downtown NOTL and to the area’s attractions. When it was rainy plenty of books and games to keep us entertained and the kitchen has anything you could need. Perfect for a relaxing break. We will be back again soon!

Somewhat disappointing
The pics on the website were true to conveying the "coziness" factor of this 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom house. However, we found the bed and each of the three "sofas/chairs" in living area to be extremely uncomfortable. Unit was well stocked with dishes, stemware etc. but we had to clean cobwebs out of the light frame above kitchen island upon our arrival. Additionally, the back patio area is a little overgrown and in desperate need of a power washing. Also the air-conditioning was a noisy wall unit in LR that did little to cool off the BR area. Would not stay here again.

Comfortable place to stay for 1-2 people
Property is well-described as per its advertisement. It is great location to stay for 1 or 2 people. The skylights illuminate the cottage beautifully. The bed is comfortable and there is ample cookware. Air conditioning and the ceiling fan were really helpful in the hot July weather.

The cottage was super clean and has everything you need. When we booked we were still uncertain about eating in restaurants and thought this would be great for the takeout options. We didn't do that but still made good use of the kitchen for breakfasts, coffee, snacks - but we could have cooked as well. Lovely gardens and setting. A healthy walk to Queen St but doable. We'd do it again.

Absolutely lovely place to stay. Bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen had all the essentials if you wanted to cook. Property is beautifully maintained. Met and chatted with the owner who is extremely friendly and knows the best places to visit in town. Will visit again!

Charming Cottage
We really enjoyed Bramble Rose cottage and its beautiful gardens! It was our second stay here and it won’t be our last, it is always clean and well furnished and we love how conveniently located it is to Queen St. It’s also only an 8 minute walk to Pillar and Post!

Perfect Getaway
Our second time visiting this cozy, beautiful little house. Perfect for a couple. The house is richly furnished, has a very comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. It is totally private and close to everything. We would totally recommend this place.

Small but sweet
Good stay and good location. Charming cottage. Very clean and well equiped. Everything and more than you would need. Coffee maker is teeny tiny and recommend a full size. Missed having a closet to hang clothes. Also the front door sticks and you really need to give the door a good push to open. A bit confusing on how to lock the door when you leave despite my friend having a keypad lock at her home. The locking process was not clear. Could not get either fireplace to work. A manual with some instructions on locking the door and operating the fireplace etc would be so helpful. I have seen this at other short term rentals and it was very helpful. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much. I am sure it is a delight in the summer.

All you need for a great getaway!

Excellent.
Absolutely a delightful stay. The French theme from opening the entry door carried through the entire cottage. Everything you need for your stay. Clean! Quaint! Close to downtown. Enjoyed drinking wine on the backyard patio relaxing. The whole cottage is above and beyond what the pictures show. Highly recommend you to stay.

Adorable Cottage
Bramble Rose Cottage was perfect for my husband and I-walking distance to town,restaurants-enjoyed biking to many wineries. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. Very homey. We are definitely looking to rebook in the fall-lovely little patio in the back to enjoy some down time.
