False information on location of apartment.
This was advertised as being 10 mins walk to.seafront when it was 30 mins including a 15 mins tram ride. This cost us 50 euros that we had not budgeted for. This apartment was 3 kilometres from where it was falsely advertised. The really upsetting thing was that this had already been reported to you and you have done nothing to correct it. We will be reluctant to book with you again.

Enjoyable stay
The apartment has everything we needed, kitchen well stocked although we didn’t cook.. would have like some mugs as had to make tea in glasses. Bedroom wall needs some attention - paint and plaster flaking off. No air conditioning on this visit as it was being fixed but the owner provided two fans which were more than satisfactory. The bakers downstairs does delicious pastries for breakfast, well worth a visit. Although the accommodation is further out of town than the Vrbo site suggests it has good tram link and is very quiet, so we found this enjoyable. Didn’t meet the owner as many have on previous reviews, heck in was done virtually which I wasn’t expecting as I had been keeping him updating with arrival times and delays S requested. An enjoyable stay overall

Nice apartment
The apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Communication and access was simple. Anything you could need was provided. It was a bit further to the promenade than I thought. It definitely required a car. But I would recommend it to others.

The property was average/low on condition and cleaning-ness as other reviewers have said with walls/ceiling peeling off. But I am an easy person on those things. My rating is because I consider this listing as false advertisement. The property is located 2.6 km away from where it was shown in the Vrbo map. What shows up in the Vrbo map is location of the trolley stop that gets you at the house after a 20 minutes ride. I wanted a room at central Nice (where that trolley stop is) and wouldn't mind paying more but the Vrbo site reveals the house's actual address only after you book. And they don't give you an option to cancel even if you try to do it 5 minutes after you do the booking. The customer support didn't help me either and were trying to argue that they have an approximate location on the map for security reasons. Sorry a 2.6 km distance is not approximate or for security - this could be a different town. Not sure how this was done on the Vrbo map but for me the result is the same. Not sure whom to blame, the Vrbo site, its policies and the customer support equally perhaps. I hope that this review might prevent others from falling in the same trap.

Great location, amazing view, quiet
We loved our stay here. The boulangerie is very convenient. Tram is a 6 minute walk. The balcony has a very nice view of the city. Highly recommend as a couple or more (doors to divide both sleeping areas). Everything was clean and check in/out was simple.

Perfect!
Great space with a well equipped kitchen, great for cooking in. Ac was perfect for the hot days and although the place is further away from the coast then it says, it is still near public transportation stores. The host was very helpful and patient.

Good stay!
This apartment was perfect for me and my friends. 3 people fit really nicely with just enough place! The only kicker was that the location wasn’t where we thought it would be. When we saw the listing it said the apartment inside Old Nice, so that was misleading. But honestly the tram was super close so it wasn’t too bad figuring out how to travel around and didn’t cost us a ton of time being further into town. We felt very safe and our host took great care of us! 3/5 just for location accuracy

Weekend stay
Very happy with my stay. Apartment was clean and the views were amazing. My favorite part of my stay were the views. Host communicates great. Especially when I had trouble with opening the door when arrived. The door needs to be adjusted or fixed to open correctly. Host came over to help. Overall very nice apartment. I will note there is big paint chips that are coming off the main bedroom wall that were not to pleasant to see. Hopefully that will get fixed in the future. Thank you for a good stay.

Nice apartment to spend a weekend in
The review would have been 5 stars but for the location which is not where it shows when you do a VRBO search but is further out. That aside it is a nice apartment and easy enough to get to on the team which run very often. Plenty of equipment if you want to cook or eat out. I would recommend sleeping on the sofa bed which is more comfortable than the bed unless you enjoy a very hard bed. The host is great and responsive making the whole process easy.

Lovely one-bedroom apartment with a stunning view
The apartment was very clean and spacious enough for two people. The windows in both the living room and bedroom open up to a fantastic view of the neighborhood and mountains. We appreciated the washing machine in the kitchen as well. The apartment was located right over a bakery on the bottom floor, which was delicious and super convenient. We were also a 5-10 minute walk from the nearest tram station which made getting to the coast/town very easy. Checking in was also very simple; Stanislas sent very detailed instructions on how to get in to the apartment including pictures. We would highly recommend this apartment to any couple looking to visit Nice!

Great Home Base in Nice
We loved our two-week stay in this apt. Living in a neighborhood vs. a tourist hotspot enhanced our experience. Downstairs bakery and wonderful nearby restaurants, as well as convenient tram stops, make this a winner. Stanislas is easy to work with and contact as needed. Simple self check-in process. Highly recommend.

pas très grand mais bien aménagé
Stanislas est adorable. L'appartement est très propre, bien agencé donc même si ce n'est pas grand, c'est suffisant. La literie est tres bonne, meme le clic clac. L'environnement est calme. Un peu loin du centre ville, le bus met 20mn pour le centre. Sinon il fait marcher environ 10mn pour rejoindre le tram. Difficile pour se garer autour mais on trouve. Donc, apparemment tres agréable.

L'appartement parfait pour découvrir Nice
Très bon séjour dans l'appartement de Stanislas, situé à 15min en tram du vieux Nice et de la plage (promenade des anglais) et proche de différents commerces d'alimentation (Monoprix, Lidl). The apartment was perfectly clean and very spacious. We definitely enjoyed the sea view and air conditioning, as it was very warm during our visit. The building also has an elevator, making movement of luggage upstairs a breeze. Working with the owner to acquire the key even though our arrival was late was very easy and hassle free. While the apartment is a bit far outside downtown, it is an easy bus or tram ride down into town. The bakery on the grojnd floor is amazing as well.

Vraiment désolé que des personnes fasse des économies d’étoiles en pensant qu’en mettre quatre c’est suffisant pour nous faire plaisir de l’accueil que nous leur avons prodiguer.

Exactly What We Wanted and Better Than We Expected
This apartment was exactly what we wanted and better than expected. It was extremely clean, had a charming rooftop view and the Stanislas' were helpful and welcoming hosts. The walk to the tram is lovely and groceries and other amenities are close and easy. I have already recommended it to friends, and will continue to do so. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Bon accueil Appartement propre et fonctionnel, bonne literie et climatisation. Environnement : Nous avons passé 2 nuits : la première à été assez bruyante (nuit de vendredi a samedi), la 2eme beaucoup plus calme ( samedi à dimanche) Pas de parking mais nous avons trouvé une place assez rapidement ( stationnement non payant aux alentours) Equipement Cuisine bien équipée Petite amélioration suggérée : Etendoir à linge plus grand puisqu'une machine à laver est à disposition. Emplacement : Vieille ville à 40 minutes à pied, tram à 5 min ( ticket journée à 5 euros par personne)
