El apartamento A con vista al mar es una de nuestras 5 unidades en la casa. El Apartamento A es uno de los dos apartamentos con vista al mar para parejas. El apartamento tiene un espacioso dormitorio con aire acondicionado, cama king size y baño grande. Apartamento tiene cocina al aire libre y una gran terraza con parrilla de gas y vista al mar. Nuestra casa está ubicada al otro lado de la calle de la mejor playa de snorkel de la isla y desde el apartamento se ve la playa de Catalina con el mejor arrecife de snorkel, pero también es una buena playa para nadar. El apartamento tiene cocina completamente equipada con estufa, microvave, cafetera y filtros de café, también proporcionamos toallas de papel y jabón para lavar platos. En la terraza puede relajarse en una cómoda hamaca. La cocina al aire libre en el apartamento A está bajo techo y tiene una brisa maravillosa. El apartamento A tiene su propia entrada desde el lado del edificio y también posee un lugar de estacionamiento en el patio. El apartamento A estaba en la lista junto con nuestro segundo apartamento con vista al mar, así que si quieres ver comentarios, revisa las reseñas de oceanview apartment B.

A Great Place to Stay!

Our stay in Apartment A was Lovely! The area was quiet, away from the busyness of town, but also an easy walk to beaches. The view was beautiful from our open kitchen/ balcony. The bedroom was private and comfortable. The owner was helpful, friendly, and welcoming. For any return trips to Aruba, we already know where we will be staying!

Amazing stay

This was our first time in Aruba and it won’t be our last. Our host clued us in to what we needed to know and we had the most relaxing time. The view was great. We were in close proximity to great beaches for snorkeling and for swimming. The neighborhood was quiet. The pool was clean and warm. Friendly and helpful host!

The place was clean but needed updates on the kitchen area. I wasn’t expecting the kitchen area to be outside. The location was great. Just not a place I would want to stay again. Like I said it was nice just not for me

Perfect location and loved the outdoor kitchen. I did see a large dead cockroach in our hallway. Stained sheets on a very old couch. Horrible king sized mattress which I was bitten on my arm and leg by what I suspect to be BED BUG BITES! I saw an old stained mattress by the office that I thought was being thrown, only to see the owner scrubbing it with a brush and solution in a bucket. Yes! Saving an icky mattress! They did have some old chairs and dirty snorkeling equipment to rent. Won’t be staying there ever again!

Excellent vacation

Great place to stay. The apartment was as advertised. We would stay again and definitely recommend staying here. The room and bathroom were very spacious and comfortable. The covered outdoor kitchen area was very nice and had everything we needed to cook, as we ate most of our meals at the apartment. Nice view from the balcony area as well. We had a parking space for our rental car and, best of all, right across the street is probably the best snorkeling spot on the island. The property manager/office manager was very nice and helpful. We do have one suggestion which is in the late afternoon (maybe 4:30pm - 6:30pm) the sun is shining right into the outdoor kitchen area (at least during the time of year we went which was early October). It made it really hot to be trying to cook dinner, which we did most nights. There are some shades hanging, but they are zip tied up and when we asked if we could lower them, we were told unfortunately no. Our only suggestion would be to be able to use those shades/blinds so it would be much more comfortable to cook in the evening. We really had a nice stay though and would definitely stay again.

Loved our Stay in Arashi

My wife and l love the quietness of the north end of Aruba, and this house was the perfect location. We had everything we needed and just loved the outdoor kitchen, which we used every morning for our coffee and every evening for Balashi’s!

Great stay!

Beautiful property right next to Boca Catalina beach and Arashi beach. Clean and breezy room with AC which was great. Bathroom was quite large. Using a rental car if you stay here and plan to go to town, cabs get expensive. I highly recommend this location!

Peaceful Paradise

We had an amazing week in Apt A. My husband and I have been coming to Aruba for 15 years and usually stay on Eagle Beach, but have taken several snorkel trips to Boca Catalina and decided to take a chance staying here. It is a snorkeler's dream! The apartment itself is large and comfortable with a huge terrace/kitchen. It's very well appointed and had everything we needed and more. The bedroom/bathroom is air conditioned and very comfortable. (My husband also said it's the best shower we've ever had in the Caribbean.) The grounds are peaceful and lovely and Mike was an excellent host and helpful with any questions we had. If you get tired of snorkeling, Arashi beach is a 2 minute walk up the beach and is also lovely. We did not rent a car, but if we had, the parking would have been great too as everyone has a reserved space. We can't wait to come back - thank you for having us!

Wonderful

We enjoyed our stay here. I chose this house because we wanted to walk to beach and snorkel. The property was as as expected except for the bidet had been removed from our bathroom and the pool was not working the last two nights of our four night stay I mentioned it to the property manager but it was not resolved. Make sure you get clear and concise check-in directions before you arrive to the island If you do not plan on having a data plan the "office " was closed we didn't have Wi-Fi info to get access to emails, Finally found a landline phone and number to dial on the ground floor to the right and was able to call and get check in info. Having said all that we did enjoy our stay. It's a lovely home that's getting updated with good location between Boca Catalina and arashi Beach and I would recommend staying here

Snorkel paradise

We absolutely loved our stay at Apt A in Beach White Villa. We snorkeled right off the beach every day. We had a huge terrace dining area with all the kitchen appliances and lovely view over the pool. Beach was right across a small street. The bed was comfortable, the a/c was cold and we had a gigantic ensuite bath with beautiful tile work. You would think you were in a fish tank because we saw so many different beautiful fish. We had a lovely memorable week. Shout out to Mike and Veronika for all their help when needed. Viola, you have a diamond in the rough. Thank you ! P.s. I have a girl crush on Thor, the gorgeous on site parrot.

Just Chillin’

Another wonderful stay at Beach White Villa. We are very comfortable with Apt A. It’s charming and clean. We love the outdoor living space tho’ this time it was pretty hot so we had to seek a shady spot on the terrace for happy hour. The bedroom cools down quickly with the AC. And I’d say that the grounds of the villa were even nicer than they’ve been in the past (our third stay!) But most of all we come for the location - snorkelling right across the street at Boca Catalina is wonderful. The villa is far from the madding crowds. And Arashi Beach and the rugged north coast are both within walking distance.

Wonderful, peaceful vacation

My review of the other rental for the same home and time may fit this accommodation as well. It was so easy to get to the beach that we were able to go back to the house as many times as needed without having to get out of our swim suits or miss snorkeling time. The beach was safe and we could walk right into the ocean and be in a sea of beautiful fish. The outdoor kitchen was better than we expected--lots of full-size applicances that were clean and worked well so we could make meals and not have to dry off. Beautiful view of the ocean. We felt safe snorkeling because the area was roped off to keep boats away from the swimming/snorkeling area while still providing lots of reefs for wonderful snorkeling. The host was lovely and helpful but did not intrude. We had our own parking place for our rental car and enjoyed every minute of our stay.

Relaxing, quiet, and enjoyable!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable. We liked the outdoor kitchen, huge deck, comfortable bed, and large bedroom and bathroom. The apartment looks just like it appears in the pictures. You can rent chairs for the week, which we took to the beach every day. You are steps away from 2 nice beaches- Catalina and Arashi. Don't miss dinner at the Blanco Farro Restaurant next to the Lighthouse. Delicious food, music, fantastic view, and gorgeous sunset!

Fantasic Stay!! Recommend

This place was perfect for us! Great location next to the prime snorkerling spot. Loved the outdoor kitchen/seating area. Bedroom was cozy, bed was comfortable. Place was very clean on arrival We were here for 4 nights. Made breakfast each morning before heading out. Kitchen items/cooking supplies were basic, but everything you need for simple meals is there. FYI - It is important to keep the kitchen area clean as there were some ants and flies that quickly appeared when the food came out. We kept our fruit and all other food in the fridge and cleaned quickly after eating, which eliminated the issue.

Not really comfortable not having a key to lock up, or the pitbull with free access/no supervis

Something went wrong with us meeting with the manager and she didn't answer our message through VRBO; her cell number said the customer was not in service. A friendly person in another suite also tried to call, and then showed us how to get to the suite as he thought the door would be open. It was, but we had no key to lock our room for the stay. A pitbull greeted us, and although the other tenant assured us he was friendly I didn't like him humping my leg or licking my legs. He could access our deck area, jump in the plunge pool and run away with our swim noodle and floating chair. I think it should be made clear to expect this so you can decide how you feel about living with a dog. We enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and the suite was very clean. And the location was perfect for us, with a quiet beach with good snorkeling was across the street.

The caretakers and manager were fantastic, very friendly and accommodating. We were in Apt B which was spacious. The outdoor kitchen was unique and had everything you would need. My biggest complaints for that unit was the hodgepodge of glasses and plates and the pots and pans were disgusting and need to be replaced. The location is wonderful and the views are pretty. The property needs garage doors to block off the storage and construction zone downstairs. A little bit of improvements would really enhance the property.

Visit to Aruba

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The location is perfect - right across from the best snorkelling on the island and two minutes from a great beach. We particularly enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and large deck. We will be back!
