Problemas en la ocupancia de las habitaciones
Las instalaciones muy nuevas y en buen estado, pero mi reserva fue por una habitacion para 2 adultos y un nino de 8 anos. Al llegar nos ubicaron en una habitacion con solo una cama queen para dormir 2 personas. Luego, la unica solucion fue pagar una cama adicional por los mismos ocupantes que estaban en la reserva original

Aunque no pude asisitir al Hotel, debido a una medida migratoria que impusieron, se me hizo imposible realizar mi viaje, sin embargo Samuel en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de mi reservación y de apoyarnos en cualquier duda y consulta que teníamos. Costa Esmeralda was perfect for my trip to Aruba. Quiet and a little off the beaten path but definitely walkable to some restaurants. I hope to go back. Sam was very helpful during my stay with anything I needed.

Extremely clean property with very kind staff. We stayed in the Family Suite and it was spacious and perfect for our stay. My only suggestion is that the hotel add better lighting to the units, as they are rather dark inside. Lighter colored paint on the walls might also help to brighten everything up.

This property is a well located gem in Noord, close to the strip, groceries and beaches. Also right next door to an excellent restaurant, Papiamento. My only complaint is there is a body shop across the road that was working on cars well into 11pm on our first 3 nights and the noise was penetrating.

I really enjoyed my stay. Staff is excellent and the grounds are clean and quiet. My room was clean and comfortable. I definitely can recommend this property for anyone that does not want to deal with the major hotels. Just make sure you have a car to get around.

We liked the ambience, quite and hospitality at the property. Carlos and Irene helped us to resolve any minor issues we had and made our stay very pleasant. The rooms were clean and both beds were comfortable. All the necessary utensils and accessories were provided and we had a nice stay.

Our stay was absolutely perfect. This is such a private, secluded, beautiful apartment complex. You feel like it’s your own resort. The staff was always available and extremely helpful with our accommodations and needed car rental, taxi service, etc. The overall feeling of Costa Esmeralda is high end. The owners take a lot of pride in offering the best experience for their clients. We would highly recommend this to individuals that enjoy privacy away from the busy tourist areas but conveniently located. *car rental is also highly recommended

Beautiful resort, private and secluded. We had a 2 bed 2 bath apt, included kitchen, dining area and living room. 3 TVs. Apartment was very spacious and clean. We loved it! We were a mile from the beach and shops. We rented a car. If you like a facecloth, bring one. I hear Arubians don't use facecloths. Beach towels too. The beds were firm. Great place for the price! We ate every night on the beach. Food in Aruba is delicious!! Very safe and friendly place.

The hotel and staff members were great! They were very helpful and attended to needs. The hotel is beautiful. Lots of gorgeous trees. The two things that I think they can improve are: The pool time needs to be extended from ending at 7pm to perhaps 9 or 10pm. 7pm is too early. Secondly, they do give basic amenities like shampoo, conditioner. They do give a bar soap. So bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, the hotel stay was good. I recommend others to go too.

Landscaping is lovely, lots of plants which are very nice aesthetically and house lovely birds. The accommodation was very spacious and very clean, as was the whole complex. Beds were comfortable and showers were good. Pools are nice and were never very busy. Towels (including beach) and bedding were provided enabling us to travel light. Didn't have much call to speak to staff but those we encountered were friendly and professional. They were helpful in recommending car hire. Great supermarket nearby and several excellent restaurants within walking distance - including Papiamento which is right next door! Would be nice to have complementary coffee / water / biscuits on arrival - desperately needed something by the time we arrived!

Property is very family friendly. Staff is welcoming and addressed all our questions and needs. Facility is clean and the grounds are well kept. My family was comfortable and the pool area was a such a treat for my little ones. Location is close to beach and supermarket.

The property is very quaint and clean. Every morning the staff cleans the grounds, pools and your room. Also close to the downtown area and has a great restaurant next door as well. I will revisit Esmeralda again when we go back to Aruba:-)

Staff greeted us at the door with an umbrella due to the storm and they were very friendly and professional our entire trip. Housekeeping came everyday and cleaned with the exception of Sunday. I wished the pool was open later (Closed at 7pm) and maybe a few vending machines added to the property. When we arrived a bad storm came in and all of the stores/gas stations and restaurants were closed due to flooding. Location was very close to all of the beaches and excursions we had planned. Will absolutely return if visiting Aruba again.

Very nicely decorated unit in a not so distant but not so close proximity to everything. The staff was awesome. They helped great. The room had some issues but they fixed and attended promptly. They provide beach towels and chairs which helped tremendously. I'd stay there again.
