Nice and clean
The property is very nice and clean. What I really like is that each bedroom has a full private bathroom. The property manager Desi is very nice and pleasant. She made our stay very enjoyable!

Villa & Pool Gated Community 750y from Palm Beach!
Beautiful place to stay, close to the beach and not too far from the downtown area Everything was of top standard, the place was clean and well maintained The backyard with the pool was amazing. The convenience store was a big plus, it was located within walking distance. If you thinking about visiting Aruba, I would highly recommend this property

Nice Villa -walking distance to downtown/beach
We very much enjoyed our stay at mellow villas. There was a little confusion at first as we were moved to a different house, but our host got to us before we unpacked everything which was great. There is a very convenient grocery store just across the street and we regularly walked into town and to the beach. We had a young child with us, and there was some noise from, the workers . The home we were in is apparently where they do a lot of their work for the development. one day they even build a pergola on the front of the home we were staying in just thought that was a little odd, but they did a nice job. It just made it difficult when the baby was sleeping. Make sure you check the number of people allowed for the price so that you’re not charged extra. Overall wonderful vacation.

Second Time Better Than The Last
This was our second vacation at the Merlot Villas. The first time was 3 years ago and we would have continued the annual vacation if it were not for Covid. This particular villa, 47G, exceeded our expectations as far as accommodations and amenities. Plenty of room to spread out yet cozy enough to feel like home. The area is very well located near the high rise hotels in Palm Beach and easily walkable. There is a well stocked supermarket across the street that’s open till 10:00pm. Backyard was like a resort; lots of different types of seating and lounges, beautiful pool (lit up a night), water toys, a trampoline and a large barbecue. Our group had a wonderful carefree vacation with no issues to the manager Frank.

Overall good
Overall a good experience. House needs some updates especially the electrical outlets in the kitchen. We kept blowing the breakers.

Merlot Villa
The property was exquisite. It is waking distance from most major attractions in Palm Beach and an inexpensive cab ride away. I am definitely considering a future stay at this exact property.

Great place, great people!
I traveled to Aruba for a girls' trip. Six of us stayed at Merlot Villa and it was wonderful. The home was clean and spacious, Frank and Ivan were extremely nice, as was Bran, who helped us get back into the house when we accidentally locked ourselves out! The community is close enough to the resorts that many of our planned excursions actually came and picked us up outside the gate so we didn't really have to worry about transportation. We did have a rental car to drive to Baby beach and some of the other areas downtown, but we did see people walking from the neighborhood to the beach neat the Marriott. Overall it was a great experience, I highly, highly recommend this place. P. S. If you're staying in unit 47B, we left our lounge floats for the next guests to enjoy. :-)

Clean, conveniently located, secure, and well-run villa
This was a perfect solution for our family. We had three adults and three children. There was plenty of space, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and a terrific pool and pool area. We liked that the property is gated and near the Ritz and Marriott hotels. It was also close to the big grocery store and a stone's throw away from a mini-mart. Bram and Frank were very responsive to our needs. If we were to travel to the area in the future, we would stay at Merlot Villas again.

The house was beautiful in a quite neighborhood
The house was beautiful and spacious with enough bathrooms for every guest, however it was extremely hot in the house. There was only one ac unit to cool down the entire downstairs and we were not allowed to run it for long periods of time or else we would go over the electric usage allowed per day and then would have to pay extra. Also make sure to bring extra pillows and blankets, the pillows were flat like pancakes and gave me a headache.

Thank you for your remark about the beautiful and spacious villa with enough bathrooms for every guest. For your information, which is given to you at check-in as well as in our emails and information map in the villa, there is an allowance of 50 USD per day for electricity and water. This allowance is more than enough when you use the air-conditioning in a normal way and shut of the airco when you leave. We will monitor it during your stay and if you use more, we will warn you so you can adjust your usage. The airco downstairs is working well and should be on when you are at home, then the villa will not be hot at all :-). We are not a hotel and fortunately for our guest we do not have hotel prices either. We insist however when you like to have more pillows and blankets or any other requests, to please tell us so during your stay. If we can we will correct it right away, so your stay will be perfect.
