Beautiful Home

This is a beautiful home in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach in a quiet neighborhood. We could get to Virginia Beach and Hampton in 20 minutes and it's close to Norfolk's airport as well. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We truly felt at home, and I would definitely rent here again.

Time with my kids!

6 days and 5 nights- I live in Illinois- had a 6 day/ 5 night trip to visit my kids. This house provided everything we needed for me, 14,12 and 9 year old. Tons of space!

Nice house

Very nice house we had a little problem with spiders and stink bugs in the house when we got there. Other than that the house was very clean. Had everything you needed like dish soap, hand soap, towels etc. The only bad part of the stay was the neighbors next door were very loud at all hours of the night and they were parking in the way eliminating our 3rd parking spot.

AMAZING

It was my boyfriend I first vacation together and with all of our kids together and this made us feel like family!!!!! The house is so cozy feeling from the moment you pull in the driveway!! It was very clean and very well maintained! We discovered a hornet nest on the deck the evening we arrived and the sent someone the very next morning!!!! If we are ever traveling to the area again we will definitely try to stay here!!!!

East Beach Stay

Nice and big house for myself and two other couples to stay at with our young children for the fourth! Walking distance to a coffee shop/brewery and other amenities. House was as described and had what we needed. Thanks!

Great Accommodations!

We enjoyed our stay! Great location. Property was beautiful from the inside decor, clean, fully stocked kitchen, backyard deck with enough seating for us all, neighborhood was quiet, with easy check-in and out. We felt right at home! Nice welcoming touches left by the hostess - - well done! We would definitely book this Sojourn home again!

Beautiful Home, Great Place to Stay!

Our stay was outstanding! The house itself was just as described, VERY clean with beautiful decor. They have all the essential supplies you need, well stocked kitchen. They did a great job decking out the yard in the back and everything was easy, check-in and check-out. Property host and service was excellent, communication was quick and welcoming. The neighborhood was quiet and calm. You will not be disappointed with this property. Definitely recommend this Sojourn home for my family's next vacation. The Wilson Family

Amazing Property

The place was gorgeous just like the pictures. Location was walking distance to the beach. The outdoor space was amazing for morning coffee and late night chit chatting. 10/10 would stay again. Thanks for having us!

Property is HIGHLY watched and micromanaged

The management over this rental is extremely rude and micromanages it by way of recording. We ran into an issue within the first 45 minutes of our arrival and the issue could not be rectified due to the severe rudeness, unprofessionalism and bad attitude of the property manger. This rental will not go far with someone like that on their team. I felt that she was racist, as she thought she could treat and talk to us any kind of way based upon the color of our skin. If you don’t care about privacy and being watched every minute of the day or having to follow a bunch of tedious rules (and I’m not over exaggerating when I say a bunch), then you may like it here. Also, for anyone booking a stay here, please note you do not have access to the garage. It is locked completely. Also, despite the rental noting that you would have “full” access to the home, there is a front utility closet that is locked that you also do not have access to. Which is strange. Why have so many locked rooms and doors in a rental that’s available for the public. That could pose as a security risk because no one knows what’s being hidden in those secret rooms. I asked about it & was talked to in a demeaning way, saying they don’t have to give us access to what they don’t want to give us access to. Overall it’s a very nice home & clean, but the other issues you may run into is definitely not worth it. In my opinion this rental should only be for anyone above 60 years of age who plans to sleep & watch tv.

Lovely - just off the beach - house

Clean, tidy, roomy, cozy, good space for 8 people. Owner was patient and gave timely responses. Would stay here again. The living room couch is so comfortable that its a highlight of our trip.
