We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location couldn't be better for out-of-town guests, being just a short drive from the Norfolk airport. The kitchen was a highlight – spacious, well-appointed, and easily accommodated our group for breakfast. We also appreciated the comfortable seating and the lovely decks, which were great for relaxing. The area was surprisingly quiet at night, contributing to a restful stay. The house itself offered plenty of room for everyone, and the host was a pleasure to interact with. We highly recommend this property!

We booked this awesome spot at the last minute since our original Vrbo was unexpectedly awful. We were in town for a softball tournament at the Princess Anne Sports complex which was about a 30 minute drive away. We needed a quiet spot away from the typical VA beach nightlife and this place was perfect. The place was exactly as described and extremely clean and updated with everything needed. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was top notch. The place was sunlit and bright and the location was just a couple minute walk to a beautiful quiet beach. Our host Jen made this process so easy which was desperately needed due to our situation with the other listing. She gave us great recommendations for restaurants and spas and even got us a reservation at a cool rooftop spot. This place was a bit more expensive than we had hoped to pay but was worth every penny!! We would not hesitate to stay there again.

The house was as beautiful as the pictures and the hosts were attentive. We were just a block and a half from the beach and had many wonderful restaurants near by. I would highly recommend this house and will likely visit here again.

Hopefully, better late than never applies here. But my family stayed in this property over the Christmas 2023 holiday. I was on VRBO booking a new reservation elsewhere and this home popped up in my prior-stays list. And I remembered I hadn't left a review. In short, the property was as listed - spacious, clean, a short walk to the beach, etc. The fenced-in back yard was a lifesaver for our puppy, allowing her to run free, stretch her legs and just lounge without needing to be on leash. The neighborhood was generally quiet. And the house is "centrally" located, allowing quick access to north-south freeways and major thoroughfares that led to the Va. Beach oceanfront, downtown Norfolk and other visitor-friendly areas. Our only gripe would have been the deteriorating vacant building next door, but that eyesore was the fault of the city, not the homeowner, And other than the sight of it, that vacant building in no way impacted our stay. Honestly, my wife and I thought that that building and the property it sat on might be a good investment and redevelopment opportunity, given all the other positives about that Ocean View neighborhood. I'd recommend this place for any family, and we would definitely rent it again.

The place was great. My family and I were comfortable with the amount of space this place provided. Although the weather was not the best ( rainy and cold), the family and some friends really enjoyed our time together indoors. The kitchen was fully stocked. The bathrooms were clean and complete with toiletries (except toothpaste and toothbrushes of course) and the rest of the spaces were great for entertaining ( living room, dining room and kitchen open space concept). We enjoyed our time spent out on the balcony and the neighbor was nice and cordial.

Overall this beach house rental experience was awesome! The location was great, the host was very accommodating, and the home was very beautiful! If I had a minor issue, would have been a lot of stairs, but we needed the daily exercise anyway! Lol My family and I would stay again! :-)

We loved our stay at East Ocean View. The house seems recently updated with clean bathrooms and a nice kitchen. The layout of the home was different than we are used to (garage is entire ground floor, 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths on second floor, 1 bed, 1 full bath, living room, kitchen, & dining room on third floor) but makes sense for a location so close to the ocean. Lots of stairs made it a little difficult for my grandparents but not a huge deal if no one in your party has physical disabilities. We had three dogs with us and they loved the spacious backyard! The kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans, utensils, spices, oils, etc. It's about a five minute walk to the beach which is relatively quiet and calm. About 30 minutes away from Virginia Beach so not bad if you decide to make a day trip. Overall, very nice, clean, modern rental to enjoy the beach at!

We fell in love with everything about the house. Spacious, great big family kitchen/dining area. Lots of decks and big yard. Neighbors were also great! Our dogs loved the stay as well. Short walk to the beautiful bay. Sierra was AMAZING! We will be back for 7 days next year!

Our family enjoyed renting your nice, clean and spacious house. I appreciate the high ceilings and floor plan layout. We didn’t have a pet but can see how convenient your yard might be for guests with a pet.
