This property was the perfect spot for a winter vacation for our family. Everything was very clean and comfortable and had all of the amenities we needed. My kids enjoyed the big open space in the back and had a great time sledding down the hill. We enjoyed visiting nearby attractions such as the Mt.Washington cog and Diana’s baths. Would love to come back.

This is our third time staying here. Why ruin a good thing. It’s perfect for me, my husband and daughter. Very clean and comfy. Really like mattress and bedding in master bedroom. Never going to a hotel again!!

WoW, que de bons mots pour ce condo. Très propre, lit confortable, toutes les commodités disponibles, situation parfaite…à 5 minutes de tout! Nous sommes partis 4 filles et nous avons adoré. Nous pensons même y retourner un jour. À recommander assurément à des amis!!

I stayed at this condo with my wife and two young kids (3 yr and 1 yr old) and it was wonderful! It was very clean, spacious, and in a great location. Kitchen had everything you could need, there was a gas grill, and the living room had a comfortable couch with some games and streaming TV services. The beds were comfortable and had plenty space as well. We stayed on a pretty hot/humid weekend and the two AC units did a great job at keeping the condo cool. There is also a wood burning stove for those staying in the winter. The outdoor space was great, a wonderful outdoor couch before a large grassy area for the kids to play on. The pool was a short walk down the hill, about a 5 minute walk or 30 second drive. The location as awesome in a condo community set back from the main road of route 16. The pool and tennis courts were quiet, the other people we met there were very friendly. Its less then two miles to zebs and the train station in downtown north conway and about 10-15 minutes to story land. Mary was very responsive when I had a couple questions before our trip. We would definitely stay here again for our next trip to North Conway whether thats for skiing in the winter or story land in the summer!

We enjoyed the condo very much. As soon as we entered the front door, my two grandsons, headed directly for the bunkbed room. They loved that they had different options of bunkbeds to sleep in. The kitchen was well stocked and ready for us to cook our two meals and our two breakfasts there. Was very very close to all of the activities that we had planned and we loved it.

We enjoyed our stay. Definitely will rent this location again. Owner was very nice and responded quickly to a question I had. We wish the back deck was clean and set up but it’s still early in the season.

We had a great week here! The location is perfect with quick access to restaurants, groceries/essentials, hiking trails, parks and more. The condo is very clean and well stocked. The outdoor space is wonderful - our kids had a blast using the pool and back yard. The layout was perfect for our family of 4 and we comfortable could have fit a couple more people thanks to the bunk room and two full bathrooms. Gretchen was super easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. We will be back! ☺️

This property was very clean and spacious in a central location. Just minutes to Cranmore and town. About 5 minutes to surrounding restaurants. We had a fantastic time and will surely be back. My nephew loved the bunk room, plenty of room for everyone. About 15-20 minutes to Attitash ski area. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough about this perfect North Conway getaway. The condo was quiet, exceptionally clean, fully stocked with amenities including extra blankets and fans. The working wood stove was lovely, the sheets were amazing, the hot shower was perfect after a day of skiing. Our teenage daughters loved the bunk room and we all loved how close it was to everything in town. Perfect spot!

Fabulous find for our annual New Year’s getaway! This property has anything and everything to make you feel at home. Gretchen was a wonderful host; she was quick to answer any questions we had and her home is beautifully decorated!! We’ll be back!!
