“Perfect location to use as a base to tour Cornwalls beautiful coastlines. Fantastic views of Padstow/Rock estuary and lovely sunsets. Convenient location to amenities/shops etc. but in the countryside, peaceful retreat. Well equipped apartment, made to feel like home from home. Parking facilities in the local pub car park very convenient. Recommend the local pub if you didn’t feel like cooking for yourself.”

“The Barn annex stay was a quiet and relaxing visit to the Cornish country side. Liz was a great host, who communicated well and made sure we had everything we needed. The place was very comfortable with good facilities. Well recommended by us.”

“I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed ”

“Simon is so welcoming and helpful in every way! If anything comes up, he answers you immediately and takes care of it. The flat is located in the perfect spot, away from the noise and traffic while still very close to the center of town. So perfect in every way! We will always stay in Simon’s flat!”

“Great location for walking to either Port Isaac (10mins) or Port Gaverne (5mins) Lundy is a first floor appartment with partial sea views. 2 bedrooms, 1x bathroom and a kitchen/dining/living room. Great for x3 of us and a dog. We stayed Fri-Sun April 2024 for The Shanty Festival. Fantastic festival in fantastic place! “As soon as we stepped into this spacious apartment, we felt like we were on holiday at home. All beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms were updated and lovely. The host was very responsive and helpful and assisted us within hours when we blew a fuse in the kitchen. We hope to stay at this property again the next time we are lucky enough to visit Cornwall.”

“Great place for a family get together. Plenty of room to spread out. Hot tub and games room were well used. The house is bright, modern and comfortable. Some of the double bedrooms were smaller than expected but fine overall. Beds were very comfortable. It was useful to have extra living space in the annexe. The lounge there became a temporary home office. One downside-the dishwasher was not adequate for the number of people staying at full occupancy. We spent too much time at the kitchen sink....
