Bonita Alberca techada del Best Western Plus +
El Hotel esta centrico a un lado de la autopista y colinda con el barrio de North Haven Ct. es de facil acceso. El personal que te recibe es muy amable y tratan de dar solucion a tus requerimientos. Esta a un lado de las vias del Tren asi que el Tren pasa a todas horas y hace mucho ruido por lo mismo es dificil dormir.

El Hotel esta muy bien por el precio. Me hubiese gustado poderme llevar el desayuno al cuarto (no lo permiten).

Our check in was great; had a lovely girl check us in, even tell us best pizza around etc We went out for a few hours came to a flooded bathroom / leaking ceiling . There was 12min until the pool closed (big reason we choose location, I expressed to the front desk the issue and that I was going to let my Child use the pool and come back in 10 min. She seemed beyond disturbed and said “no it’s closing “ and I very nicely said ma’am it’s a few minutes and I’ll be right back. My booking was an accessible due to having mobility issues; I even assured upon Check in the room wasn’t far from parking. She put us in the furthest room in the hotel, literally in 200s. It was by two staircases which were very difficult for me & when I asked if she had anything closer she told not for my type of booking & if I needed a closer room I needed to “upgrade”. Her attitude was so disrespectful & I didn’t want to make a big deal given it was late and had move all belongings with my young child . The second room had a terrible odor & I knew I’d get nowhere with reception. We needed up having to sleep there but if it was up to me and it was earlier I would have completely went to a new location. I’ve never met a staff member so disturbed as if the leak happened in her room, and to top it off all my daughter’s cloths were wet and we threw away due to the unknown smelly leak. If I could rate 0 I would, costumer service comes hand in hand with the environment .

Hello, I am so sorry about all of the issues you had during your stay. We will be looking into the issues with staff further because is not the way we like to conduct ourselves. All issue brought up will be thoroughly looked into from every department to ensure we do not have any more instances like this again. This location still advertises an on site restaurant but it is no longer opened. Deceiving…disappointed. They end breakfast at 9am…. Should go until, at least 10.

I reserved a king room, they “didn’t have any left” so we got a queen handicapped room. There were ants all in the bathroom. We asked for another room and got 2 queen beds. It was fine. The staff was nice about it but will absolutely never stay here again.

Barking dogs
My boyfriend and I stayed at Best Western North Haven last night after a day of traveling. All we wanted was a good nights rest. Unfortunately that did not happen because there were dogs barking all night long in the room next to ours. It was very annoying and difficult to fall asleep to.

All the breakfast items were cold. The warming trays weren't plugged in. The fire alarm went off at midnight because some people were smoking up their room (not the hotel's fault) but it then took them an hour to fully turn the alarm off (hotel's fault).

Room was clean. But fire alarm went off for over an hour and had to leave hotel at 1am until fire dept cleared hotel on xmas eve. Once back in room fire alarm went of spuratically until 4am.

The carpet cleaning perfume is so overwhelming I got a migraine because of the smell. The level of cleanness is less then average and the furniture is broken down. On a better note the staff was very friendly especially Kristen at the restaurant during the breakfast. She was very warm, smiling and very helpful.

The hotel is average. It is quiet and the staff are great. There is lots of parking. The dining room was closed and there are not a lot of restaurant options in close proximity at night after a long drive.
