Well appointed, clean and a pleasure to stay in.
Fairway Manor is a lovely setting, the rooms are lovely and clean and the bathroom is really nice, new, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The staff are helpful and friendly. All in all, a wonderful weekend get away.

We were booked in to do a balloon flight with Windward Balloon Adventures (which I also highly recommend). This property was close to where we had to meet which was a huge plus when having a 3.30am start. We booked in to spend a couple of nights here as thought it would be a nice place to actually just unwind with our daughter who lives in WA. We were not disappointed. The room was perfect and James was very friendly. He made us all feel very welcome.

Unique little boutique
Nice view overlooking Northam. Rooms are spacious and tidy. Appreciate the coffee machine in the room!

Expensive but clean and comfortable
Very clean, modern and specious. However, it is over priced in my opinion.

The property was awesome, the greeting by the owner, the room was as superb. Comfortable bed they even had a coffee machine though we didn’t get to use it. Loved it there.

James was a fantastic host and this was a delightful interlude to our far flung travels around Western Australia an definitely the best in terms of location (fabulous outlook, quiet) and just a short distance into town to what must be one of the best Indian restaurants in Australia. The complimentary continental breakfast was unexpected and excellent. Thank You Sir James!

Fantastic place with feel good factor.
An awesome accommodation in Northam. Manor itself was a beautiful structure with neat well kept rooms. It oozed with warmth and coziness. Would definitely make it a must stay, next time in Northam and recommend to friends .

Amazing hidden gem!
Perfect location for my business trip. Amazing hosts who accommodated my late check in and kept the room warm for my arrival. The little breakfast pack was a great little touch and made all the difference. Will definitely return.

Newly renovated, great facilities
Loved the beautiful new renovated rooms - big beds and massive bathroom. Was very up market for the area, but outside driveway and balcony still to be updated. Beautiful views from the balcony and room.

I chose the fairway because of the king size bed and location, close to the air port. It was a great choice and a very enjoyable stay.
