Una barraca de cuatro estrellas
Un "hotel" raro, muy raro. Si bien las fotos son muy buenas, uno termina durmiendo en una barraca, claro al estilo suizo, pero barraca al fin. El hotel es en realidad el dormitorio de los acompaniantes de los pacientes del hospital para rehabilitacion de discapacidad motora. Las barracas estan afuera, sin ascensor, asi que cuando llueve y hace frio ya se imaginan la "comodidad". Dentro de la habitacionn comodidades suizas estandar, austera pero en perfecto funcionamiento. El desayuno aceptable, pero pagar el precio de un hotel de cuatro estrellas en suiza y dormir en una barraca... Una vez ok, pero jamas volveria.

The hotel web site featured a water front hotel with a beach bar and sports facilities. When we got there, we realized the hotel was part of a readaptation center for paraplegics and we had a room adapted for disabled. The lake is at a wakable distance but you have to cross a rail way. We never found the beach bar nor the beach. Very disappointed. It was not the vacation atmosphere we expected... Very clean however and nice food.

Een dubbel gevoel...
Een hele mooie locatie...voor degenen die er komen voor de fysieke therapien. Grote ruimten, automatische deuren, en heel veel glas, ergens lijkt het meer op een onderzoekscentrum en daardoor werkt het vervreemdend als hotelgast. Housekeeping die om 8.30h na 1 klopje al binnenkomen zonder wachten doet ook minder voor het hotelgevoel maar meer voor het ziekenhuis/therapiegevoel.

Positiv: Grösse des Zimmers, Ausstattung, Umgebung ruhig, Frühstück gute Auswahl Negativ: Klima im Zimmer (zu heiss), Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, Zustand des Badezimmers ist in die Jahre gekommen (massiv zerkratzte Armaturen), Duschkopfhalter instabil. Kein angebrachtes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Viel zu teuer für diesen Standard von einem 4* Hotel.

Haben im Anbau geschlafen. Der ganze Komplex ist ein riesiges Gelände für paraleptiker und hat etwas von einem Krankenhaus, Sanatorium. Irgendwie skurrile Unterkunft. Das Zimmer war wie ein barrierefreies Krankenzimmer. Aber sauber und im ganzen OK.

Die Unterkunft bietet einen super Service und sehr viele Sportmöglichkeiten. Die Gastronomie ist hervorragend und sehr lecker. Es sind lediglich Kleinigkeiten die uns gestört haben, wenn wir schon (verhältnismässig) viel für unser Zimmer bezahlt haben. Zum Beispiel war das Duschmittel leer sowie Pantoffeln und Bademantel hatte es nicht. Aber ansonsten top.

Superb facilities for conferences or tourism
We enjoyed the great facilities (restaurants, bars, lobbies, outside campus of the Institute...), the delicious breakfast, large confortable rooms. It was close enough to Luzern to visit easily.

Personale cortese ottima colazione anche se manca la scelta di dolci hotel dispersivo sembra un labirinto abbiamo avuto difficoltà a raggiungere la camera più di una volta per i vari passaggi obbligati

Free bike hire -cycle route around lake
Hotel room clean and comfortable. Breakfast selection very good. Free bike hire great with cycle path to the side of lake.

This property I cant say it is a hotel, rather I would say it is a hostel room sizes is smaller. Breakfast was very nice only. Staff is friendly parking space is good.

Særligt hotel, men gode faciliteter og kvalitet
Hotellet er en del af et hospital/behandlingscenter for mennesker med lammelser, så et noget særligt hotelkompleks. Men alt var velholdt, og en hyggelig sø/strand m. bademuligheder lå bare 10 minutters gang derfra. Aftensmad og morgenmad var super. Der var adgang til et stort indendørs svømmebassin.

Junior Suite was very nice with all the amenities needed. Breakfast had a good selection with the staff very friendly. Worth the price paid.
