Since I’ve left several messages for the general manager with no response here is my experience:
I checked in around 330 pm on Saturday alone, as my fiancé was still at work reffing a 3 day basketball tournament. The staff was nice at check in.
Around 730pm we heard a lot of noise coming from the room next door and called the front desk to ask if they could ask them to lower their music and voices. We told them that my fiancé had to be up by 530am so we were trying to relax. We were told that quiet hours started at 10 and we had to wait.
By 11pm the next door occupants were still partying and being loud. We called again and asked for security to knock on the door. We did not hear them come.
At 152am we called again as we heard the partying turn into fist fighting and a domestic violence situation. Your staff said that they were going to kick out the occupants. We heard when security knocked but did not hear them leave.
With little to no sleep my fiancé left at 530 for another day of tournament, and I left at 9am after doing work.
I am respectfully requesting a full refund of what we paid for the room and the parking fees for both our vehicles. On top of not using the room for what we paid for it for- sleep- the team’s service and response was beyond subpar, and not what we expected based on the reviews for the hotel. We had high hopes when we first checked in and that was quickly ruined- should feel lucky a worse domestic violence situation did not occur.
