Pésimo
Muy mal. El hotel no tenía habitación aún que la reservación en hoteles.con estaba confirmada y hotels.com no nos resolvió nada y tuvimos que pagar otro hotel

The grounds were the most beautiful place to get lost in. Our room connected to the ruins to enjoy drinks and the views and exploring. It was wonderful.

Wunderbare Location mit zuvorkommenden Personal. Wir hatten auch das Restaurant getestet und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Premium-Suite war toll und sehr geräumig.

Spacious and comfortable
Spent one night at this wonderful property. Great staff and the balcony room we had was very spacious. The museum was a great feature that explained the history of the castle.

The property is certainly unique. However, in my 25 years of visiting Germany 3 to 5 times per year this facility lacked typical German hospitality. Most of the staff were cordial and superficially friendly especially at breakfast. However, an older server in the dining room for dinner treated me like a second class citizen. There was room in the main room but I was seated all by myself separately.

Beautiful Castle & Gardens, well worth a stay
The hotel was clean and comfortable and exceeded all of my expectations. It felt genuine rather than gimmicky with a lot of attention being put into the rooms and every experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was much larger than expected and well appointed the bed was comfortable. The restaurant served good quality and tasty meals which changed nightly to give a good variety. Transport within Oberwesel is a little limited so if you are arriving by train i strongly suggest arranging a taxi in advance. I can not recommend this hotel enough. We had a wonderful 3 night stay and would gladly return!

Sehr schön gelegen, wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick auf den Rhein. Das Frühstück war wirklich spitzenmässig. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wichtige Anmerkung: Bedingt durch Treppenaufgänge über mehrere Etagen sollte eine Portion Fitness vorhanden sein. Für ältere bzw. Menschen mit Gehproblemen sollten allenfalls die unteren Ebenen angepeilt werden. Das Gepäck wurde aufs Zimmer gebracht. Das Preisniveau ist entsprechend dem Ambiente angehoben.

20年前にも家族で泊まりましたが、その時もスタッフの対応は最高でした。今回も接客、急な対応にも全て対応していただきました。朝食では、何とキャビアが用意されているなど、思い出に残る旅の1ページになりました。

The view of the Rhine from the hill is the best. As for the food at the restaurant, both the fish and the lamb meat were a bit quirky, but I wonder if that's acceptable.

So worth the price….first class service from the minute you arrive…staff makes you feel like royalty and the accommodations don’t disappoint. The attention to detail and free treats are an additional plus from a chocolate on your pillow to the drinks in the fridge and the apple schnapps on the table. The grounds are amazing too…take time to explore the gardens so many cute places to relax and enjoy the views. I will definitely be coming back.

릴렉스하기에 위치도 좋고 조용합니다. 독일 첫날 호텔로 정해서 잘 쉬었습니다. 저녁에 야외에서 맥주나 와인 마시기에 분위기가 좋았고, 아침 식사가 매우 훌륭했어요.

Everything was great besides Was here to check out info for our wedding Called from states and stayed a night to check out the place on phone and emails they said yes and when we got here it was like they really don’t do weddings unless winter months

Flott borghotell med nydelig utsikt over Rhinen.
Flott hotell i en flott borg. Alt var veldig bra, både rommet, maten og selve eiendommen. Vi bodde i et rom i tårnet med balkong. Alt var veldig gjennomført, med himmelseng, safe bak bildet, stort bad, og hele det runde rommet er tidsriktig møblert. Flott utsikt over Rhinen og resten av borgen fra balkongen. God mat i restauranten, og frokosten var også meget bra. Borgen har en fin park, med mange forskjellige bygninger. Hotellet anbefales virkelig.

The castle hotel was amazing in all respects. Our room was in terrific condition, the servers and front desk were knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. We wished we had time to stay another night! Definitely plan on returning!
