Dirty & poor management communication

The house was not very clean. Seemed as though the master wasn’t vacuumed, and just all around dirty. The screened in pool area needed repairs. We didn’t pay to have to clean the pool to use it. It was littered with tree debris and bugs. There were floats, but no pump to blow them up. The information given for wifi and pw were incorrect. We left a voicemail, text message and sent an email to the manager & she DID NOT RESPOND! I ended up calling her eventually to get that information & she seemed a bit annoyed and ill prepared about having to take my call. We would definitely not recommend staying here.

Unpleasantly surprised

First i will start by saying that at first glance the please looks nice. As we got into the place was dusty we had to get lysol & lysol wipes which we left what was left behind and cleaned the place. The house must have been closed for a long time cause it had that musty smell we had to wash the sheets before using because the smell was in the sheet.ann the pool was clean before i got there dirt at the bottom og the pool but this was caused by the poot upkeep of the encashment of the pool. I have used Virbo at least 4 times and this is the first time I was disappointed and dissatisfied. I paid for use if the pool and couldn't use it because after they cleaned it on Friday by the end of the day the pool was dirty again. Stuff kept falling into the pool because it was not properly protected. I feel that i deserve some restitution what do you think.

Charming little home

We vacationed with another couple to visit friends in Ocala. Excellent setup with each couple having their own side of the house including a bathroom. Beds were very comfortable, everything we needed was there and the wifi was extremely fast. Host was very easy to get a hold of.

Nice quite home.

The neighborhood was nice and quite. Close to many places that one can travel to for entertainment. Local restaurants and shopping are kinda far. Have to go to Ocala most times, about ten miles. Took a day trip to Orlando.

Great property

Clean, quiet, comfortable, safe neighborhood. Down sides, hot water heater barely lasted through one shower, the icemaker didn’t work, no blankets, front door light bulb and master bedside lamp burned out w/no replacements, no nearby grocery store as Winn Dixie closed. WiFi information was incorrect, we searched and found a router with the correct information. I feel just a few updates and the property will be perfect. We enjoyed our stay!

Amazing

I love this location. I stood at this location just with my daughter. I felt extremely safe around this area. I loved seeing other children playing outside. The house was beautiful and the pool was amazing.

Enjoyed our stay

We enjoyed our stay! Beds and linens were fresh, there was a full service kitchen with an abundance of spices, and a pool! The pool is located under some trees so there is natural debri in the water. Overall a comfy place with everything you need, for your stay! Also the property manager was responsive and helpful! Recommend!

Fire the maid service

The house was nice. It had newish furniture. It Looked clean but it wasn't. My bare feet got So dirty walking Inside the house. The bottom of my pants and the dog beds, blankets picked up a lot of " hitchhiker" weed pods. So the cleaning service Clearly are not using a vacuum or a mop. There aren't any waterproof mattress covers. The body fluid stains on the king size bed are Frightening, from top to bottom. I took a picture but I can't post it here. I found trash under the bed and a dog toy full of moldy food. I dropped my hair tie on the floor beside the master bath vanity, picked it up and it was covered in dust/ filth.We had to wipe down the outdoor furniture to use. The pool needs to be cleaned even though it's too cold to swim. I was going to do a load of laundry but the washer was full of dirty towels. That's probably where most of the wash clothes were. This was my first time renting a vacation home. I'm not sure we will do this again. It Clearly was not worth the money that we spent on it. I recommend getting another cleaning service and please get that mattress steam cleaned with Bleach so your future guests won't be as grossed out as I was.

Rain, Rain Go Away

Exterior of property needs TLC. Interior pretty much as photos describe. Pool screen needs repair as minor debris falls in it. Property manager, Kelly gets an A+. She handle any issues immediately. Other than it raining everyday of our stay, it was overall enjoyable.

Comfortable home

Comfortable home in a nice neighborhood. Lots of room and a refreshing pool. Not too far from town and the interstate, so it is easy to get around. There is a Wyn-Dixie not far off and a dollar store. It was a pleasant stay in a clean relaxing home. The only criticism would be that basic cable would be nice instead of just internet tv, but that was minor as I don't watch tv much anyway.
