Our group had such an amazing stay! The location is perfect — so close to the beach and walkable to several food/stores. The house was clean, organized, spacious and fully stocked with everything you need for your trip. And can’t forget about mentioning the pool - the pool was a great feature, and a rare find for ocean city!

Lovely, comfortable very clean home with large common area for meal preparation, dining and entertaining. Every conceivable amenity including ice maker. Large well lighted kitchen, tastefully decorated throughout. Refreshing pool with plenty of seating and outdoor shower for a break from the beach. Several beach chairs and a couple of beach umbrellas just in case. The elevator was very useful as we were a group of seniors and welcomed the alternative to stairs. Plenty of parking plus some street parking should that be needed. About five hundred feet to the surf and a five minute ride to the boardwalk for those who do, public transportation is nearby if you’d rather not drive. Lots of food options nearby and shopping is close should you forget an item or two. A great place for an Ocean City get away. I recommend highly!

Beautiful house! Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable beds and has everything you need. The closeness to the beach is awesome and having your own pool is a unique find. Great communication from the owners as well.

We loved our stay at this great beach house. It was so spacious and the most comfortable beds we have ever had! The elevator was wonderful for our oldest family member. The location to the beach was perfect and location in Ocean City was great too! Would definitely stay again!

We were 4 families and had plenty of space for everyone. The house had everything we needed. The beach was just a short walk and the pool was a big hit with all the little ones. We loved the outside deck for evenings after the kids went to bed and the adults wanted to just visit. Can't say enough good things about the house and the host. The location, elevator, size of home, pool and outside deck were perfect.

We had 18 people — 10 adults and 8 kids under 7 and this was a perfect spot for us. Thomas is super communicative and the stay was so convenient to the beach. Having a pool was a must for the youngest people in our party. It's also nice to be far from the boardwalk. The beach was much calmer!

Great house for a family vacation. Everything you need is there. Sheets, towels an beach stuff. It’s also great that they have 2 beverage coolers and an ice machine. Right across from Ropewalk which has great food, awesome drinks and a playground for the smaller children

One of the best host I have ever dealt with and we travel regularly through Vrbo. This property needs nothing and the host is best communicator ever. Instant responses at all times and any thing that is needed they go above and beyond. Thank you we will be using there properties again for sure.

The house was beautiful. very updated and spacious. plenty of room to cook food, eat dinner at the large dining table, and plenty of seating on the U shaped couch for everyone. the balconies were great with ocean views. Check in and check out was easy and simple. the pool in the back was nice as well.

Perfect spot for our annual family vacation. Very nice property. Had everything we needed. Nice touches in the kitchen were the drink coolers and the ice machine. The ice machine certainly entertained the little ones. Elevator was very helpful moving in and out. Owner was very responsive. Pool was perfect size and depth. Very close to the beach

We rented the property for one-week extended family vacation that included 4 families and 3 different generations. Grandmother is wheelchair bound, so the elevator was a must for our family. We brought our own (collapsable) ramp, so that we could wheel her in and out of the house. The kids loved the pool and we easily bounced from the beach to the pool and back again, letting the interests of the group decide our day. The house itself is gorgeous and well maintained. We loved the linen service that took care of sheets and towels for our family. The rooms worked out perfectly for our families. Everyone in our party of 18 had a comfortable place to sleep. The open kitchen and sitting area became a great collecting area for our group. Meals and laughter where shared there several times a day throughout the week. The one rainy day that we had to deal with turned out to be a good day of family time.

It's hard finding an ocean block rental property that fits our group. This house was perfect for the 13 of us ranging in age from 44 to 6 months. The house is brand new, it's huge, it's clean, and it has everything that you'll need. It even has it's own elevator and private pool. Can't recommend the house enough. The location is great as well. The owner was great with communication both before we arrived and during the week that we were there. We certainly plan to stay here again.

This is a wonderful home. I believe the owners imagined what they would personally need in a vacation home and then supplied all those items. It is rare to find a rental that is so well equipped. The house had all the pool and beach toys, flotation devices, umbrellas and chairs that we needed! Having an ice maker and two bar refrigerators was just exceptional. It was very convenient to be steps from the beach with super access right at the end of the street. If more chairs or umbrellas are needed for a group, there is a rental agency right on the beach. The elevator made moving our food and suitcases in and then out very easy. I don’t believe there is any home with more to offer in Ocean City!

Great property! Beautifully decorated, and well thought out. No detail overlooked. Absolutely loved the kitchen, and the linen service was a really nice bonus. The elevator was perfect for my 92 yr. old mom to get around, and the private pool was a nice haven for those who didn't feel like doing the beach that day.It was convenient to everything you might want to do. Would highly recommend staying there!
