Comforter was very old and small towels, I have to walk to the front desk for clean towels every time , they just forgot to clean my room , stayed there 3 nights , bad service front desk in Night Shift

My concerns
First the lights in the parking lot were not working Second there were 2 men in a truck drinking and relieving themselves in the parking lot. I mention it to the desk and was told they are staying there so it was not a problem. I had concerns ... In the room the main living area the tv did not work... No information about the hotel Or tv channels, no pens or paper for notes or such. Otherwise the room was great

Frustrating Stay
1st room assigned already had a guest in it. 2nd room the TV did not work. Very disappointed as last time had a great experience.

Elevator did not work. Put me in a room on the fourth floor and after walking up 8 flights of stairs I found the room was still dirty and not cleaned and the beds were not made and there was a dirty toilet.

Staff was good. Gave me a room with the television not working. Thank you for moving me to another room. But the fridge did not work in my new room. I saw a cockroach walking around in the pantry area of the lobby.

The only things that bothered us was the flashing lights in the room while we tried to sleep and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest there was hairs all over the floor and the bathtub from whoever stayed there before us.

Newer hotel in a good location. Had a few minor issues with the room. One pillow case was stained, there was hair and a dead bug in the tub and the bathroom sink stopper didnt work.

Enjoyable stay
My first room did not have a handle to turn the water on in the tub. I was moved to another room. Both rooms were nice but did have a strange smell when I entered. I did not notice it long. There are firm and soft pillows. Comfortable bed. NO breakfast at all, just a sign saying, "Enjoy our coffee" at the snack station. Why bother when there is coffee and coffee pots in the room? They should offer something since their page says they have breakfast. This is also an extended stay hotel according to the note on the desk in the room.

The property is relatibely new, very modern, always neat, helpful staff. This is my 3rd time here and it's my prefered hotel in Odessa at the moment.

Would stay again if I talk to a manager
What a great hotel. To the towels to the bed. Altho it was disappointing that they knocked on our door around 8 am to see if we were still there. We checked in around 1 am with our kids you would think they would let us check out late. Around 10:30 they knocked on our door again. I would knock a star off for that.

The rooms were exceptionally clean. Very spacious and nicely decorated. The staff we're very helpful and went above and beyond what was requested. I would like to give a shout out to Mykayla at the front desk who helped a lot.. This hotel is my go to hotel from now on
