Cassie, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at Spirit Ridge, part of the Unbound Collection by Hyatt. The hockey teams that stay with us over 13 weeks from November - April are an important piece of our business. We do everything that we can to try and have them understand the important of appropriate behaviour when staying at the resort. We have extra staff on-hand including additional security. Sadly, not all kids (and adults) behave appropriately event with these additional measures. Please come back and try us out again. Never hesitate to reach out if I can be of service to you.
