A pesar de que solicité que se hiciera la limpieza y cambio de toallas todos los días, no lo hicieron. Los empleados de recepción anotan en un cuaderno estas solicitudes en lugar de registrarlas en su sistema de computadora por lo que es fácil que quien limpia los cuartos, no lea lo escrito en el cuaderno. El desayuno solo se basa en tiras de huevo revuelto y bisquets todos los días, y aunque se nos indica que inicia a las 7, la empleada pieza a poner las cosas a las 7:15. No hace decaf que porque nadie se lo pide. Lo pedí yo, pero no lo hizo. La gente de recepción no resuelve ningún problema; tienen que llamarle por teléfono al "boss_. Yo tuve que limpiar el basurero de mi habitación en una bolsa que me dio la recepcionista pues ella se negó a hacerlo, pese a que,vdesde que llegué y me registré, solicité limpieza diaria. Jamás recomendaría a nadie esté hotel. Mi experiencia en él fue terrible.

Front desk guy was super rude. Kitchen staff was rude. Watched them argue with another man because a minute past breakfast cut off he asked for a plate and knife as she was rushing us to leave the dining area. Front desk guy started screaming at the other guest & kicked him out. Definitely could’ve started my morning better.

DO NOT STAY HERE! They charged me for cleaning services but they didn't come to my room to clean it or leave me towels or toilet paper, i had to ask them and they said come by the front desk to get it. So why did they charge me over 100 bucks for cleaning services if i had to ask them to clean it and they only did it 1 damn day and they charged me for 8 days. The manager is never there they gave me the run around when i ask to speak to a manager, especially when i had proof of how much they were suppose to charge me and still gave me the run around. Please save your time and money and DO NOT STAY HERE!

The room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked, there was someone’s used, hairy soap left in the shower, hair stuck to the walls in the shower, and greasy handprints on the wall in an awkward location. The shower rarely got warm and never got hot. That being said, it is what I expected for the price. The staff was kind and the complimentary breakfast was good.

This property is just overall gross. The carpets were nasty and there is patches all over the walls. I tried to get a couple of pillows and they said the pillows were for guests only? Or first come first serve? I’m not sure. But then I tried to call down to ask for another blanket but there isn’t even a phone in out room. On top of that when we checked in the lady was on the phone with a guest I guess and when she hung up with her she said I just want to punch her in the face because she was being difficult. Regardless, don’t speak like that in front of guests. This place needs serious help. We have yet to have the breakfast in the AM but honestly, I’m a bit concerned. Probably won’t be booking this again and definitely do not recommend.
