There is a fair bit of noise from the freeway and more noise from the rare train. The unit seemed a little shabby and wasn’t super clean. I shared my concerns with the host but never heard back.

Great stay and just as advertised. Washer and dryer came in VERY handy. Everything worked and we were happy with our stay here. Little convenient store 1/2 block away was also helpful.

Great place to escape the cold winter in the North
Monica was one of the most helpful hosts we have ever experienced at a VRBO. When we first arrived there were a few small items that the condo did not have and Monica that evening got all that we requested. The location of the condo is great... only about 30 minutes to Padre Island and also to the Mexican border to get great vanilla. My husband and I enjoyed the traffic-free walk around the neighborhood and the golf course viewing the resaca.

Property was not as advertised. There was supposed to be a king bed and there was not.
Property not furnished as expected.

James, We provide all amenities as shown in our photos. We accommodated all your needs, provided you with veterinarian information and a great discount. I do understand that if you leave the doors and windows open, mosquitoes do tend to come in unannounced - but the guest makes that choice! Thank you for your recent booking.
