The home was very clean and in an absolute perfect location for us given the access to the airport for some of those staying and access to the venue was only 8 mins away. 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and plenty of room all around with the open floor plan and finished basement. Modern decor with very comfortable beds. 2 car garage for parking use. Everything as adverstised.

This property has a great location from The Barn, where we had a family wedding. Just the right amount of beds and bathrooms for our large family. Very clean and would stay here again.

Visiting for a family wedding and this house was in the perfect location from the airport and Fremont. Enough room for 6 adults and 2 children. Everyone had room to stretch out and relax. So much better than getting hotel rooms. Will be reserving again for the next wedding.

This was our second time staying at this place. We had just as a good experience as the first!! House is very clean and cute. Very spacious and in a good quiet neighborhood. Close to lots!

Overall a cute house that has the basics needed, in a good location if you want to be close to Omaha without being in Omaha. Property manager was communicative and helpful with questions before check in, allowing an early check in too. The positives: The house is a new construction completed within the last few years, in a quiet neighborhood, and matches the description and photos. Clean and well stocked with linens. A few minutes walk to a nice new park/playground which is great if traveling with kids. Close drive to Omaha (15 minutes) and airport (30 minutes). The negatives: the house/furnishings need some attention. The floor/ceiling between the main level and basement is super thin so you can hear all foot traffic above you when staying in the basement bedrooms. The door to the utility room in the basement doesn’t latch closed, so beware if you have curious kids. All interior doors in the house squeak loudly, which woke us up whenever someone was leaving a bedroom to use a shared bathroom in the night. The metal bunk beds squeaked terribly as well whenever you slightly moved. It woke my daughter and niece up throughout the night whenever one or the other would move. Most mattresses in the house had dips in the middle. The refrigerator water filter needed replaced. Lastly, we couldn’t use the garage because we never received the app invite to get access despite the property manager sending it multiple times - something wrong with the app it uses.

The host answered all of our questions promptly, the property was very clean and perfect for our group of 4 adults and 6 kids. Great neighborhood and easy drive to the Omaha Zoo. Would absolutely stay again!

The home was very clean and initial contact excellent. It was a good fit for our vacationing family. There was a bit of confusion with roofing supplies being delivered during our stay. We had not been informed they would be delivered and were concerned when the roofing process may start. Also the basement bunk beds were squeaky making it a bit tricky for the family using that space.

We stayed for our daughter’s wedding. It was a perfect location for not only the wedding but also Close to activities in Omaha. The house was awesome and had enough places for the family to hang out and sleep. Definitely will stay here again when traveling to Omaha area!!

This house was great for our weekend stay. We had 3 families (6 adults/5 kids) & it was enough space for all of us!! The house was clean & the host was quick to respond to any questions we had. The neighborhood is quiet & there was a park just down the road. It is easy to get to anywhere in Omaha from the house. I would recommend this house to others staying in the Omaha area!

Beautiful house, great floor plan, nice amenities, large garage easily fit two large vehicles (Ram 1500 and Infinity QX80). New build, in a new neighborhood, and very nice small town outside of Omaha. We were there for the Slumpbuster Baseball tourney & this house was in close proximity to all fields (less than 30-min away from everything). House is very comfortable, has nice furniture, two living room spaces, with 2 bedrooms upstairs & 2 downstairs, almost like 2 houses in one. Located in a quiet neighborhood, felt very safe and very much enjoyed the property/stay. We accidently locked ourselves out of the house & management was very expedient on replying to our request to help get in...would definitely stay here again.

Traveled to Omaha for family wedding. There were 5 of us, myself, my boyfriend and my 3 adult children. The house is perfect for a larger group. Enough bathrooms and bedrooms, very spacious. Off street parking, full kitchen, comfy living room seating, covered deck off the back, easy to find and easy access to highways. Can’t wait to come back and hopefully this place will be available for us again!
