There was an innocent mistake in our booking dates but the owner compensated us with a night's stay at another location at his expense. Highly recommend the area, condo & facility. “Very clean, location top notch to beach and restaurants and shops. Best beach cart and umbrella we’ve ever had. But beach chairs were not good. Property very nice and well kept. You need your own cooler and bags for snacks and sandwiches at the beach. Overall we would come back!!”

“We had a fantastic stay at this ground floor unit the first weekend of Dec! I was initially leary of a negative review, but Adam was very responsive and let me know he could be available quickly in person if I needed. The unit is small but met all of our needs. The property is great with access to view the bay right outside our door, or walk across the street to the gulf side beach area. We played pickleball onsite and used both pools and hot tub. Easily caught the transportation from the front...

“If you are looking for a place that is like no other, I would highly recommend the sailor park. Brittany accommodated us above and beyond. We booked a sunset cruise that was delightful. Half of the price the others charge, and we were provided Champagne. We ordered a generator which provided AC to the boat. People must be confused with the rentals of certain items (generator) however, after hearing her story and what she has done explains how she restored the boats as they were sunken and...

“We had some amazing days in this beach house as a family. Everything you need, plus everything is brand new so you kindda feel like you are in a 5 stars house. the beach is 2 blocks away and is really really nice. we had been to some other anna maria island beaches but i think we all prefer this one. Also, the service by phone is really good, they take care of anything you may need. Will come back again.”
