“We got such a warm welcome to this spa hotel! Super kind and helpfull staff. Huge rooms, very traditional but with all the moderne things you need for a plesant stay. So calm and quiet, huge indoor/outdoor onsen. Some of the staff speak flewent english. Get a rental car from Fukui, such a nice 40 min drive up here. Away from stress and noise in the big city. Would come back again for sure! Recommended!”

“Traditional Japanese-style resort hotel. The room was very spacious and comfortable (we chose beds instead of tatami). The service was very good, with clear explanations provided. There are two public bath options on-site, both excellent and separated by gender. We didn’t choose the kaiseki dinner due to the high price — and we regretted it. “今回、家族3人(2歳の子供)でお邪魔しました。アパだとどうかなと思っていましたが、良い意味で裏切られました！昔の旅館、ホテルのような感じで旅美人の化粧水があったり懐かしかったです。浴衣の貸出も良かったです。 満足した点は、朝ごはんと景色です。朝ごはんは地元のものを使った食べ物があったりしてとても良かったです。部屋からの景色もとても綺麗でした。露天風呂からの景色も良かったです。 不満に思う点は部屋のお風呂、脱衣場です。脱衣場部分が濡れて？シミ？になっていて少し躊躇しました。 全体的には本当に良いホテルでした。”

“オールインクルーシブなのでお酒が飲めない私たち夫婦にとって少し割高感はありました お料理はとても美味しく、おかわりしたかったけど品数が多くてお腹いっぱいでおかわりできませんでした どのお料理も本当に美味しかったです 一つだけ残念だったのは食事中隣りの席のバッシングされてたスタッフがグラスを割ってしまい、その破片が私たちの足元まで飛んできたのに大丈夫ですか？お怪我はされてませんか？などのお声かけが一切なく、無言で破片を片付けて行かれました 飲食店で働いている私にとってこれはありえませんでした 他のスタッフさん達は皆さん笑顔で一生懸命お仕事されていたので楽しくお食事させてもらってただけに少し残念だなと思いました ”

“Our family of 3 had a wonderful 2 nights stay here. We book a Japanese room with private onsen and it was fantastic! Futon was really comfortable too with bean pillows that provided good head support. All the staffs were friendly and welcoming, especially with my 21 months old daughter.
