“The house was great. Beautiful grounds and pool. Loved the out door BBQ area. The house is modern and very clean inside. I would definitely stay again, my family loved it. Kids had lots to do, from the trampoline, playing football , table tennis and pool. It is only a 10 min drive from Verona. Great restaurants near by and vineyards easy to drive to. Ticked all the boxes. ”

“We were a group of 21 family members of all ages and had all 9 bedrooms in the villa. The location is great (if you want to be at the south of Lake Garda), the villa is beautiful. The host, Michele, and his wife are very friendly and they will provide a delicious breakfast and dinner upon request. Kitchen is beautiful and functional. “The villa is superb and communication from the host was brilliant. The only thing that would stop us returning is the proximity to the main road. You get used to it however for the cost we paid we didn’t expect that and the first weekend there was a car enthusiasts meeting nearby so the noise was even more noticeable. “The house was exactly as described. We had plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and just meeting places. It was very hot during our stay and we were very happy for the pool, which was very nice as well as the ice maker. I do have to say there was a rooster that was up at 5:15am every morning. My grandson loved feeding the donkeys. Nicoletta and Giovanni were exceptional. ”

“We had a lovely stay at Casa Francesca. First and foremost, the property is perfectly situated for experiencing all that Lago di Garda and the environs offer. The property itself is a peaceful oasis with magnificent views of the lake (and so lovely for those restful days as well). There are beautiful cafes and restaurants lakeside within a short walking distance. The house is well maintained and well equipped. Truly an enjoyable experience.”
