Pro's: Pool is Amazing as the pictures show, the home is in a good location close to Freeway, Plenty of room for a family of 5, lots of towels
Con's: Pool was Ice cold even after paying to heat the pool everyday we were there, it didn't bring the Temp up a single degree, the kids tried to enjoy it but was too cold, the slide needs some repairs of the concrete as the children got small cuts on them sliding down, ridiculous house rules are provided after you pay for your stay, you can't run the pool heater overnight so you have no chance of ever getting a enjoyable swim, every vrbo I've rented has come with a washer and dryer but they don't allow you to use the ones in this house, there are camera's everywhere so don't stay here if you want to have a sense of privacy, (I know kinda creepy), In our three night stay we had to buy more toilet paper, the beds aren't very comfortable, one of the bathtubs drains is completely rusted out, the master shower had long black hairs stuck to tile so it appeared it wasn't properly cleaned, house rules don't allow you to leave the home and heat the pool, I forgot and ran to grab breakfast at a local resturant when I returned a short time later to check the pool temp I noticed the heater had been turned off, it can be turned off remotely, thus the privacy thing "Creepy"
Overview: If your main selling point is the amazing pool then I'd keep that thing as inviting as ever for my guests, I'd never let the temp get below 82 degrees, it was 62 during our visit. The house is medicore so you'll want to spend most of your time in the amazing backyard. except the camera thing which again is creepy because you don't have a clue what type of individual is watching you or your children on the other end. If the owners of this property are worried about the noise of the pool pump and thats why the heater has to shut down at 10pm and left off until 8am then I would build a small enclosure to dampen the noise. So for me the price we paid was not worth it, I'll find something else next time we visit my hometown of Orange County, CA
