Luxurious condo

Lovely Trip to Aruba
My wife and two kids (14 & 16) had a wonderful time at the LeVent apartment complex this past week. The apartment was well stocked and very clean, with a beautiful view of the palm trees and pool area. We were right across the street from Eagle Beach (which was absolutely gorgeous and never crowded) and having beach chairs and coolers in the apartment was super helpful (and more affordable since we didn't have to rent any beach chairs once there, only an umbrella). We rented a car for the week, so we had easy and quick access to ATVing, snorkeling excursions, grocery shopping, amazing restaurants, and tons of gorgeous beach time all over the island. Both the owners and their managing agent, Sie (as well as her associate), were very communicative and helpful. One happy family on one happy island! Thanks!

Wonderful!!
I would recommend LeVent and this condo to everyone. The property manager was very responsive and kind. The person who checked us in was very kind. It was a great experience. This was the third time in Aruba and we always stay at the LeVent.

Perfect location to avoid the city crowds
Ybor was a short ride, then got on a quaint street car to get into the city. $5 vs. $30…. Hotels started over $300 …our little bungalow was 1/3 the price and very memorable

Sie was our property manager for our rental at LeVent condos. She was excellent. She stayed in contact with us from the beginning to the end. She met us upon arrival and showed us the condo and gave us our keys. Gave recommendations for getting around the island, restaurants and entertainment. She answered all of our questions. Great vacation!!

Thank you for your great review and comments about our property manager. We tried a large management company when we first got our condo but there level of indifference really turned us off. We looked at a lot of people before we found Sie and we couldn't ask for anyone better.

Wonderful vacation
My family and I had such a great time while staying at this property. The check in with Sie was so easy and she made sure we had everything we needed. Bliss in Aruba!
Staying at Oranjestad-West was fantastic! Antonella and Rick's place was clean, comfortable and perfectly located for our family. Each morning, we would sit on the balcony for breakfast and coffee, and then make our way across the street to the beach for a morning swim. It was quiet at night, but close to nightlife if that is what you are looking for. The pool was lovely too!

Sie is Simply the Best
The property was exactly as described. Across the street from an uncrowded Eagle Beach. We loved the location..we were able to travel to the more tourist packed areas for diner. Levent pool was quiet. The best part of our stay was the support provide by Sie. She welcomed us with a smile! Then handled our internet issue with determination The first two days were difficult without access. New router and repairs fixed the issue.

Great Base in Aruba
Our condo was spotlessly clean. We were met there by Sie, the property manager, who explained the rule and gave us a brief tour. Location right across the street from Eagle Beach was perfect. Quiet area, pool never crowded. Great restaurants within walking distance, especially Passions, Screaming Eagle and Waters Edge. We had a wonderful and relaxing week.

Great condo on eagle beach
Levent is a well maintained property! Great outdoor amenities including propane grills, infinity pool and jacuzzi. Check in process was seamless due to the property manager, Sie. She met us at the property to check us in as well as the day we left! She was very flexible with check out time since our flight did not leave until 5pm!!! She responded promptly when we noticed that one of our entry keys didn’t work. The condo itself was well stocked with supplies (kitchen) such as spices, all paper products( kitchen and bath) enough for our entire 15 day stay. Even providing body wash and shampoo (more than enough for the 15 day stay)!There are even storage containers for left overs! The condo is located a short walk from a large grocery store(SuperFoods) which is a great plus! The condo is tastefully decorated and comfortable(most importantly the beds)!

internet went down every day
Beautiful condo, balcony and grounds. However, with help of friends at the pool we figured how to dial and text the manager from the building internet at the pool. She managed to reach the bldg management daily to reconnect it. Wifi calls only work with mobile lines. We could not reach the bldg mgr ourselves as we did not rent from their leasing agent directly. Also, very loud a/c in the condo. We chilled it down when away, so we could mostly turn it off while inside. Not romantic.

I'm sorry that you're stay was not to your liking. You did speak to our property manager every day. The building manager does not deal with anyone's guest and as we told you repeatedly, the only internet provider on the island was made aware of the issue but we could not force them to come and fix it for you. Yours was the first time this occurred for any length of time and we did everything within our power to help you. Here is part of what our property manager replies to me: knew she was going to write a bad review because she was calling me every day saying “ you NEED to fix the internet . It’s your job to fix it for me. Why is the pool internet working and not our room? You need to come NOW to fix the internet. And “it better be fixed by the time we come back to the room” she was something else. I always went to 205 front door and sent her a message saying “ I am using your internet now and it’s working now” so she cant say I didn’t help her.

Great Condo on Eagle Beach!
We recently stayed at LeVent and loved this condo! The unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was wonderful - steps away from the beach and lots of restaurants. LeVent was a great building as well The amenities were terrific. We would definitely recommend this unit and hope to stay here again!

Clean!!! Respectful host/manager Sie, prompt with any minor request we had. Upscale condo with beautiful soft music playing outside by the pool/hot tub, the grounds of the property could be featured in a magazine. Loved every minute!!! Relaxing and quiet place.

Great stay in Aruba
The unit was located at Levent Condominiums and was very clean and well stocked with all needs including many bathroom and kitchen supplies. Apartment was on the second floor near the corner overlooking the ocean and was immaculately cleaned and prepared for our arrival. It was a very confortable roomy space with two full bedrooms and two full attached bathrooms. Sie was a very friendly and accomodating manager for this unit and went out of her way to meet us upon our arrival, a little earlier than expected. She brought us up to the unit and gave us a very helpful overview of all of the apartment's and building's features. She was very knowledgeable about everything and answered all of our questions. Later on, at the time of our departure, she again was very flexible and let us stay an extra hour and was very prompt in meeting us at that time. I cannot say enough about how good a job Sie demonstrated taking care of us. Only minor drawback was a rather noisy airconditioner/verntilation system that serviced this apartment. All in all, we had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this unit. Special thanks to Sie!

Great place, great stay!
We stayed at the property with two little kids for our family getaway. The condo itself was exactly as pictured and described with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is modern, well decorated and very convenient. Levent property has great pool area which we frequented. It is also located less than 5 minutes walk from the amazing Eagle beach. The condo is very close to all the main attractions. Communication with the host was seamless as well. Can't wait to come back!

Great stay in Aruba
This condo is exactly as described and on one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. We had a lovely week long stay and made the most of the condo’s location and amenities. The property manager checked in via text a couple of times to make sure we didn’t need anything, which was appreciated. Aruba was definitely one of the friendliest locales we have had the pleasure of visiting. We rented a car so we could explore the island and were glad we did. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I WISH THERE WERE 10 STARS TO GIVE
This property is by far one of the best properties, and locations, we have ever stayed in in Aruba! The property is immaculate, both inside and out, and this particular unit left us needing absolutely nothing! We did rent a car, but Eagle Beach is right across the street, and the condo even offers a "cut-through" for easier access. The manager, Sie, as just as wonderful as the property. If there were 10 stars available to offer, I absolutely would give it a 10 star. We will be back! Thank you!

Amazing Property in Great Location
We were very pleased with the location of the property to the beach, grocery stores, exercise paths, etc. as well as the amenities on-site. We felt safe and valued during every interaction with other guests and with staff. I did take advantage of the Blue Waters Day Spa which was on-site and loved the garden massage offering. We used the grill almost daily and everything was pristinely clean in that area. The pool was perfect for our needs and above what we expected. We had everything available to us for what we needed to cook each day. (As an aside, we preferred the Ling & Sons grocery store over Super Foods, even though SF was closer). We were even close enough to the hospital to walk to it to get our required COVID test. The only small downfall of the unit was the loudness of the air conditioning unit and dehumidifier, as it is adjacent to the master bedroom. Despite that, we would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking for a carefree environment close to Eagle Beach!

Absolutely wonderful!
This condo was just prefect. It was very clean and felt like a home away from home. Location was fantastic, close to everything. Half a block from Eagle Beach. Beach chairs and rolling cooler were included. It is a large condo that could easily fit 4 adults. The property manager was available both before and during our trip. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful views of Eagle beach, ocean and gorgeous pool area. The unit was spacious and well decorated. Everything we could need was in the kitchen. This was a great property and location for our stay in Aruba
The property was very well maintained and managed. the Owners, Antonella and Rick as well as the property manager Sie were very easy to work with and very accommodating. the location of the property is perfect. The pool and amenities of the property were perfect for my family. The beach was right across the street with all the water sports. When you were done with the beach you can go back and relax at the fantastic pool and if you wanted the excitement of Palm beach it was only a 5 min cab ride away. great stay I highly recommend Antonella and Ricks property in Aruba! The back bedroom/bathroom has no windows and there was black stuff around the edges in the bathroom. The back bedroom is dark (with all the sunshine in Aruba you would of thought they could have brought in some light into that room.

Peaceful & Beautiful Getaway
Our family of five had an amazing time. The condo is beautiful and had everything we needed. Eagle Beach is perfect and right across the street. The pool on property is very private. Great place to stay if you don’t want to deal with the resort crowds. And everything you need is in the neighborhood. Sie, the property manager, was very helpful and responsive when we had an issue with lack of hot water. We would definitely recommend staying here. Just a lovely family vacation!

Best Choice for Eagle Beach
If you want to visit Eagle Beach, this is the best place to stay. Here’s why: excellent location, easy parking, amazing pool area, actual luxury amenities (other places advertise luxury but then IKEA), large working kitchen with all the necessities for cooking, 3 bathrooms, and friendly lizards. Management was super friendly, security was accommodating, neighbors were all friendly. Used the outdoor grill for steaks. All the activities (sailing, snorkeling, ATVs) were all 5-10 away or picked us up from out front. Best VRbO experience to date! Highly recommended.

Fantastic Vacation Spot
The property was fabulous. The distance from the beach was perfect. The pool and balcony gave a great place to relax and retreat after the days spent on the beach. Great owners (Antonella & Rick). Great local representation (Sie). Sie met us at the apartment. Showed us around and kept in touch to make sure we were OK. The owners offered advise on great restaurants to go to and some information about the local area. We were greeted with an awesome basket of wine and fruit. The apartment is outstanding. The amenities are countless! All you have to bring is a bathing suit and tanning lotion. There’s a great supermarket on the other side of the road. Once you stock up, the fun begins! “One Happy Island”.

Perfect!
Rent this condo, you won’t be disappointed! Seamless check in, clean and well furnished condo, ample sheets, blankets etc. The location is amazing. You can see the ocean from the balcony. It’s a 4 minute walk to a gorgeous beach. We prefer Eagle Beach where this condo is, as compared to Palm Beach which is much more touristy and crowded.

The photo's are very accurate and the condo is very clean and well kept along with the property - common area's/ pool, etc. The condo is in very closes (walking distance) to Eagle Beach and several very good restraunts and Large Food Store but we had rented a jeep for the week and loved the convenience of exploring and going to difference beaches and and Downtown (Palm Beach - High Rise) often which was only a 5 minute ride. Great Property Owners and the property manager they have (Sie) was also wonderful and very friendly. Will definately return. Thank you

Amazing!
We had a beautiful family vacation at this property! Everything was clean and organized. Location is great not right on the water but very close walk. Condo had beach chairs and a cooler perfect for day at the beach. We had a rental and explored a few beaches during the stay. Every beach was amazing in it’s own way. Location was great restaurants all around. I would recommend a rental car for Aruba in general. Rick and his management were first class. Easy to contact even though we didn’t need much. I would definitely comeback here. It was so much more enjoyable the an all inclusive trip IMHO. Thanks Rick!

Wonderful Stay!!!
We had a great time in Aruba and thoroughly enjoyed our condo. Sie was amazing and very helpful with our check-in process. Rick's payment process was smooth and he was in great contact with us before we arrived. The condo was so clean and spacious! We came as a group of 4 ladies, so having space was a must. The bedroom, restroom and closet space was great. The kitchen and living room made cooking and lounging pretty easy. I recommend staying at Rick's properties. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing family getaway
Levent is in a perfect location with a beautiful view of the pool and ocean. The pool and gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed spending time on our balcony throughout the day. The condo was clean and modern and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of walking to nearby restaurants including Tulip and Screaming Eagle. We enjoyed the low rise area where the beach was less crowded.

This was the best location and facility we could have desired - exceeded all expectations!
First of all I want to say Rick was very informative and communication was easy. The staff at the condo were as friendly and informative as I have ever had, and certainly contribute to the "One Happy Island" atmosphere, which is so greatly appreciated! The unit is well located on Eagle Beach, the largest and least crowded beach along this coastline. The condo central between downtown, a mile south, where the cruise ships gain everyone's attention, and the "high rise" area, a mile north, where nightlife and the party animal garner attention. We ate in several restaurants, but for fresh local fish in a very casual atmosphere RED FISH was superior and not far from the condo. I can tell you the pool area and gym are certainly 5 star and not as crowded as others we visited during our stay. We had a great stay here and it is a 5 star recommendation from us!
