Amazing Place
We booked a short family trip to Aruba and came across this listing and are very glad we did! The host was very friendly. The condo was even better than we expected from seeing the photos. It's quite a large condo inside. Everything is very nice. There's a huge balcony overlooking the ocean. The beautiful pool area is down below. The ocean is a pretty quick walk. There's a nearby grocery store and the kitchen is pretty well equipped. They leave a good amount of start up stuff and the only thing we needed to buy extra was an extra roll of paper towels while we were there. In four days, everything else they supplied was sufficient for us. What an amazingly beautiful place and if we ever find ourselves back in Aruba, we absolutely would stay here again! Thank you!!

Aruba Levent Condo
This condo was so perfect for our first time family trip to Aruba. The property itself was very well maintained and I appreciated the pool area and common areas were cleaned daily. The condo itself was just as described and was very well stocked. There are beach towels, chairs and a large cooler supplied in the closet which was perfect for taking across to the beach or for when we spent the day at Baby beach. There was a starter supply of basic items as well as a few items we didn’t know we needed but came in handy- a large reusable grocery bag for example as the markets don’t supply them. Eagle Beach area is less crowded than the Palm Beach high rise area in terms of beach traffic but it was close enough that it was walkable if needed to get to the Palm Beach section for shopping and food options. We also saw several people using Birds to get from one area to another and there is a flat, wide, walking sidewalk that runs directly in front of the property. The view from our room overlooked the pool as well as beautiful ocean views. To access the beach area you do have to make a short walk down an access road and cross the street but all of condos in this area sit behind that road front. We didn’t have any issues during our stay so we didn’t have any communication with the property managers but we were given specific self check in instructions and everything went smoothly. Wonderful first visit and can definitely recommend this unit.

Lovely place but difficult owner
Although this unit is lovely (as pictured) and is in a wonderful location near a gorgeous beach, I would never stay here again because of our interactions with the owner. Even though the listing states that the unit can host 7 people (and indeed it can), the owner insisted on an added charge for over 4 guests. In addition, the owner tacked on a charge for damages that were clearly present upon our arrival. There is no shortage of units in Aruba. Find another one.

Dear Grace, What you are saying is simply misleading information! We understand that your upset for extra charges (you are responsible for them), but this is not honest and fair reason to try to damage our reputation. We accepted about 300 guests and did not receive such feedback. 1) You booked our place with NOT correct number of people. 2) Yes, there are VRBO rules which were implemented that there are charges for the guest exceed 4 people. This option was implemented simply cause consumption of the water, electricity and a/c are different for 2 and for 7 people! So it would be not fair to charge the same for group of 2 and 7 the same. VRBO help desk called you and explained you clearly the same. I understand that you were unhappy but it was clearly your mistake and responsibility to put correct number of guests in your request. 3) You left the property far away from nice conditions. Our cleanning team never complains - this was the first time … A) the dryer was damaged, and we have to hire professional to fix it. B) The stain was left on the floor. Which cleanning team was not able to remove. 3)The property manger had been trying to contact you for several days to find out what is the source of the stain on the floor, so they would know how to treat the stain. Your review is very unfair! Clearly only because we send request for the compensation and I of our cost. Managers took several quotations and get minimum. It is nothing but revenge for request. PS we did not want to rate or review your stay, but we have to respond on your review.

Excellent luxurious condo. Wonderful ocean view. Beautiful Eagle beach right across the street. There are beach chairs, towels, coolers, and umbrella in the unit to use on the beach.Nice pool and hot tub at the pool and was never crowded. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again.

Perfect Stay!!
This Eagle Beach condo is the perfect stay in Aruba! Our teen and our 8 year old each had their own bedroom & bathroom. Everything was in perfect working order and the beds were comfortable. Daniela, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was bigger than expected and so was the balcony! We loved having use of the washer/dryer and full kitchen. Remember to bring your K cups! The condominium complex itself was just the right size. Plenty of loungers - no stress looking for a seat or saving a seat like other resorts in Aruba! Traveler's tip: Next store the Paradise Villas have a restaurant where we would go for breakfast or lunch or for Pina Coladas! There's even a back entrance from LeVent. We will be back!

Wonderful Stay!
We had an amazing stay at Condo 503 at the beautiful LeVent Condominium Resort at Eagle Beach! The condo was absolutely perfect for our family of 4 as our kids were able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space and super clean. The owners and property managers were very attentive and answered any questions and addressed any needs we had immediately. The view is gorgeous (spent every morning on the giant balcony watching the ocean). Short walk to Eagle Beach and chairs/cooler were provided. The pool and hot tub area was wonderful as well. We would 100% stay here again!

Simply Outstanding
We stayed at this fabulous property for a week over New Years. I can't say enough about the incredible experience. This unit is perfectly placed on the 5th floor overlooking the beautiful Eagle Beach. Perfect view at all times of the day and night, but especially at sunset. Not a better place on the island to enjoy the end of the day, The unit itself was sparkling clean and offered top of the line furnishings and appliances. The three bedrooms were terrific with their own in suite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms have access to the balcony overlooking the pool and Eagle Beach. There was also a 1/2 bath in the living area which kept people from having to journey into a bedroom to use the facilities. The kitchen was fully equipped to meet all your needs. Beach chairs are in the unit and ready for the short walk across the street to the beach. The gym was great and had all new equipment ready for use. The pool and hot tub area were pristine and a team of folks showed up early every morning to make sure everything was in place for the day. The overall location is absolutely perfect. Eagle Beach is out of the craziness of the Palm Beach high rise hotel district offering its own top of the line of restaurants and the best beach on the island. Being out of the congestion but still only a few minutes from the action is a huge asset. You get the best of both worlds when staying here. The Condo also has 24 hour security with a guard shack that houses the most friendly personnel you could ever hope for. The owners were attentive and willing to do whatever necessary to make your stay the dream vacation. I can't say enough about the experience. We rent houses all over the Caribbean and this ranks up there with any of the 5 star locations we have visited. Paradise found in Aruba!!!!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalie & Mike's place on Eagle beach. The unit is gorgeous - even more once you see it in person. Eagle beach is a 30 second walk away, and stunning as always. Our on site property managers were incredibly responsive and thoughtful (they notified us of grocery stores being closed on Christmas day, and stocked the fridge for our arrival). The owners (Natalie and Mike) were also incredibly responsive, and communicative throughout the process. We would return in a heartbeat! - Team Karim

Beautiful settling, awesome location
Great set up for ourselves and two of our kids. Everyone has their own bedroom suite with bathroom. Fully functional kitchen and laundry. We suggest renting a car to best utilize - short walk to the beach, but even faster in your car with your gear in the trunk. Great pool with comfy chairs and even a hot tub.

GREAT PROPERTY
Love the property ... amazing view, spacious, clean and bright. Completely equipped and close to the SuperMarket. Staff were responsive and friendly. The beach is a short stroll away. We walked miles on the lovely beach each day. The pool and patio areas were also nice. You can easily explore the island with a car rental. Parking is provided. Minor glitches were remediated. Only negative was with the installment payments and deposit return process. While I was inconvenient, and frustrated, the owner eventually resolved the matter.

Dear Mrs Robinson, Many thanks for your review. We are very happy that you enjoyed your vacation and we are happy accommodate you again any time! As for reservation payments you requested to decide payments for 3 parts (for convinience of your group). The installments were adjusted according your requirements, but the involvement of VRBO and yourself was necessary for making these changes (VRBO system is not that flexible when you need to make changes in reservation). Mrs Robinson this is your message requesting make the changes: "Natalie & Mike, We are trying to make multiple ADVANCE payments and cannot find the feature that will allow us to do so. THE payments will be equally divided by 3 guests....Kindly advise." Also you requested to eliminate the Deposit and we agreed that you would buy Damage Insurance instead. We made a request and followed your instructions. But later you decided do not purchase insurance. Mrs Robinson here is your message "Mike, I am sorry. I did respond. Unfortunately, I do not need the insurance. Thanks for the offer." Normaly the deposit is returned by VRBO automatically, as mentioned earlier VRBO system is allergic to the payment changes and because of the changes you requested the automatic deposit was canceled. So the deposit had to be returned manually which was done accordingly. Again sorry for inconvenience, but this inconvinience was caused by changes you demanded and not ability correctly to deal with the changes you requested. Maybe next time you can share payments between your friends yourself and make payments according VRBO schedule. All the best to you and all your family!

Beautiful sunset views!
We rented this property for 8 nights in February. It was exactly as advertised. It was even more beautiful than the photos. It is situated on a less populated section of Eagle beach. There is no need to fight for space on the beach or by the pool. The view from the large balcony is spectacular. One small criticism is that the property could use better and more plentiful balcony furniture. There are 2 padded rockers and 2 chairs with a small bistro table. We arrived and were met by the property manager who swiftly fixed an issue with our room key cards. The rooms were very spacious and perfect for our family group of 4 adults and one child. I especially appreciated having the extra half bath. The property could have easily accommodated at least one more person . The sofa is not a pull out bed and would be a bit too soft for a comfortable place to sleep. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with all modern appliances and fixtures. The only complaint was for the dryer, which seems to not be ventilated properly. It got very hot and took a very long time to dry clothes. A drying rack was supplied, which we used daily. Towels and linens provided were of good quality. There were 3 high quality televisions. I brought my own streaming device and we were able to stream movies with the included, excellent WiFi. The property is very well managed. There are people cleaning and maintaining the building and pool area constantly. It is a very new property and has a wonderful vibe. The occupants are mostly retired aged couples. We had no issues at all getting loungers by the pool or parking spots right next to the entrance. We rented a car. I highly recommend a car rental to explore the island. I talked to a man who was renting a unit in the Levent condos for 6 weeks. He told me he walked to the nearby Superfood as needed. It is a bit too far to walk with groceries in my opinion. The guard at the gate is available to call a taxi if needed. The gate guards were always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this property. It affords its occupants with high quality, modern comforts of home in a lovely setting. The views cannot be beat from the 5th floor unit and the floor to ceiling windows. You cannot go wrong choosing this property for a vacation.

Fantastic Condo
My wife and I are very picky and in researching this condo and knowing the location we thought it would be a good pick. Upon arrival and looking over the complex and the unit we know we made a Fantastic choice. The description of the unit was exactly what we found and Natalie and Mike were excellent to work with and we plan on returning to this unit on our next Aruba vacation.

Eagle Beach Condo
We stayed in this 3 bedroom 3.5 bath condo in early April for 6 nights. The complex is newer and all the facilities are well kept. Beautiful quiet pool area with hot tub and grilling area. The condo unit is located on the 5th floor and faces the pool and ocean. It is a well kept, fully stocked condo. There are two master bedrooms, one on each side of the living area, and there is a large furnished balcony the full width of the unit. The kitchen is fully equipped and the furnishings are execllent. The property manager was responsive to our requests, and the owners (who lived elsewhere) were also very responsive to our emails. In summary, this is a beautiful newer condo directly across from Eagle Beach and we would highly recommend it, especially for 2 or more couples or families.

Excellent Condo with an amazing view and location
This condo has everything you would want for a great vacation in Aruba. The view of Eagle Beach from the very large balcony is just awesome. It is an easy walk to the beach and also plenty of bars and restaurants as well. The pool and the grounds are very nicely maintained with palm trees for shade. The condo had plenty of room for all five of us to be very comfortable. The master suite was huge and very nicely done. There was plenty of beach chairs and a cooler on wheels for going to the beach. We rented a Jeep to explore the island and had a great time driving to the Natural pool (treacherous), light house , and gold mill ruins , as well as Palm beach at night. Everything was a short drive from the condo and we felt safe parking and leaving the top down everywhere we went. We had a wonderful time celebrating my 50th birthday with family and couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. We would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Aruba .

Exceeded All Expectations
We stayed at this condo in March 2019. It was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. The location is excellent with easy access to the beach, grocery store and restaurants. We did rent a car, which we would highly recommend, but taxis are available. The condo owners are extremely accommodating and very pleasant to work with. They were immediately responsive to any questions we had, and even checked in throughout the week to make sure we had everything we needed and enjoying our stay. The beds were very comfortable and we slept well. We didn't hear anyone on either side of us so the unit must be well insulated! The pictures do not do this condo and pool area justice. We will definitely book another stay with the owners! I would highly recommend this condo.

Condo was exactly as described, beautiful, excellent location, well appointed, highly recommend stay
This is a beautiful condo located at a premium beach (Eagle) with easy access to all parts of the island and within walking distance to several restaurants and driving distance to town. We were exceptionally pleased with the condo. The owner (Natalie) responded quickly to all our requests and was extra helpful to make our stay superb. Condo was modern construction, was well decorated and appointed with all new features, coffee pots of all varieties, blender, utensils, pots, dishes/glassware, etc. Furniture was like new. Very comfortable beds. Dish washer, clothes washer/dryer new. Included beach chairs, beach towels, hair dryers, Quality TVs, excellent internet, Site staff were very helpful. Beautiful vista view from balcony of white sand beaches and blue ocean every morning. Stunning! Chairs and tables were on the balcony, a great location to have breakfast each morning. Wonderful location on island which made travel times short to any point on the island. Land scaping was well designed and excellent. The pool, wading pool and hot tubs were like new & great. Our family had an excellent vacation in Aruba and we attribute this in large part due to this excellent condo. We will stay here again and highly recommend you do too.

Just perfect!
While the pictures of this condo look lovely, they don’t begin to do justice to just how amazing this place is! Perfect location, breathtaking views, every convenience provided plus helpful and kind owners. It’s in a great location and Aruba itself is very accessible and easy to drive around. We had a wonderful vacation and are planning a return trip to this same condo later this year. One very minor heads up that may be helpful- the condo has a Keurig style coffee maker, but neither of the grocery stores we went to carried the k-cups. (Superfoods and IGA) They also provide a European style coffee pot that took us a little time to figure out, but we managed.

Perfect Family Vacation!
Our vacation at Natalie and Mike's condo exceeded all expectations. With a gorgeous beach a few minutes walk away, (and viewed from the balcony) coupled with a beautiful and spacious condo for all six of our family, we had a a picture perfect vacation! During the week we explored Aruba touring the rock formations, the ostrich and butterfly farms, snorkeling, exploring Oranjestad, and the National Park. The pool at the Levant Condos was beautiful and a great place to relax after exploring the beaches and island. We hope to come back!

Breath taking views, and a very quiet property.
Everything was as described. The property was well maintained, very roomy and beds were very comfortable. The unit was a little short on paper products (TP and paper towels) and bathroom soap on check-in. We talked with the property manager Sanaty, and everything was replenished very quickly. A very large grocery store and variety of restaurants were all very close by as well as one of the most beautiful beaches on the island just across the street. . The views from the balcony were beautiful. We would definitely recommend this property to everyone and hope to return again soon. Natalie was a very gracious host and also very helpful in answering any questions. Her response time to emails was excellent.

BEST ARUBA VACATION!
My husband and I take 2 vacations a year and have stayed at many different resorts all over the Caribbean. This time, we decided to venture out of our comfort zone and try out renting this condo. We traveled with our 2 year old daughter, mother, and nephew. This condo exceeded all of our expectations! We were not sure what to expect so we packed extra beach towels and purchased a ton of plastic ware. This was NOT needed. The condo was stocked with more towels (both beach and bath) than we needed. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which we used to cycle through the towels in the evenings so they were fresh for the morning. There was also a enough silverware for all of us to use for multiple meals a day and we never had to wash a single dish. There is a dishwasher which we would load up through out the day and turn on overnight so that we had clean dishes for the next day. We packed enough tide pods and dishwasher pods to use one a day. Next time we rent this condo, we will not be packing the extra towels and buying plasticware! The beds in all the rooms were vert comfortable and the sheets were better than in any 5 star resort we have stayed. The closet was stocked with plenty of extra sheets in case needed. The pool is extremely clean and very child friendly. My daughter loves the pool and had plenty of room to run around in the shallow part and we were table to relax in the loungers in the water. The jacuzzi is heated and we enjoyed it in the evenings. The condo is gated and there is a security guard at the entrance which is vert comforting (even though Aruba is the safest island we have visited). One night we forgot our key in the room, the security guard has a master key and was able to let us into the unit thankfully. The walk to the beach is literally 2-3 minutes and it it always windy in Aruba so you will not break a sweat getting to the beach. We rented a car and found it easier to drive up to the beach since we had a toddler. Driving to the beach took longer than a walk. The car came in handy for our evening outings. We cannot wait to return to Aruba and rent this condo again. We will not be shopping for another resort!

Great condo for our family vacation
We had a great week at this condo, plenty of space for our family of four. The unit was very nice, super clean, with everything we needed for the week. We even discovered a cooler and beach chairs, which came in handy. The pool in the complex was great, the kids really enjoyed it. The location right across from Eagle Beach was just perfect for us, away from the really crowded high rise area, and a little more “chill” which is great for a family vacation. Condo was exactly as advertised, and the transactions all went as planned, including timely refund of damage deposit after the trip. Highly recommend this property.

Stunning condo with an amazing view of Eagle Beach
My family and I had such a wonderful stay in this condo. The condo was absolutely stunning with an amazing view of Eagle Beach. The staff around the condo complex were friendly and we even made friends with one of the security guards. The condo comes equipped with everything you will need including a small cooler, beach chairs, and k-cup coffee maker. I didn't find a blow dryer within the unit so pack one if you won't be able to live without one. I highly recommend choosing this unit for your vacation in Aruba. If we are lucky enough to make it back we would definitely stay again.

Just as described - 5 Star condo and property
Upon arrival, check in was swift. The property is absolutely beautiful and tranquil. From the landscaping to the pool and various relaxation areas - it all exceeded our expectations, we viewed pictures but the reality is it was so much more breathtaking in person. As soon as we entered the condo the modern decor was simple yet chic and very spacious - there was definitely love placed into decorating. The beds were extremely comfortable and bathrooms in each room and access to the wrap around balcony from 2 bedrooms. All kitchen supplies were stocked and we have an amazing stay and will definitely be back - Convenient location to get to shopping, restaurants and night life. And best of all the beach is across the street! No need to look any further - you want this condo! We come to Aruba for a girls get away for the past 6 years and this was our favorite by far!
