Exactly As Shown
15th time visiting Orient Bay and the accommodation where excellent. Everything you could ask for was in the room. I would suggest you don’t pay for breakfast at Palm Court, go around the corner and there are a few options that are much cheaper and more to offer. The host was very timely with reply’s. This will be a repeat place for us.

Clean, comfortable bed, great view, fantastic property manager!
We really enjoyed staying in this third fllor apartment in Palm Court, overlooking a beautiful pool and new restaurant. Delphine met us and provided an overview of the amenities in the apartment and answered our questions (like how to use the washer). She was flexible with check in and check out times, which was extremely helpful to us. She speaks English and French very well, and communication overall was excellent!! The apartment was tastefully decorated and the king size bed was very comfortable. The kitchenette has a two burner cooktop stove, plenty of cookware and utensils, but no oven or dishwasher. The refrigerator is very small, so we did have to make several trips to the grocery store just down the street. However, the Orient Village square is just 2 blocks away and has lots of excellent restaurants. We would definitely consider staying here again!

l’emplacement est central, l’ accueil,le contact et les échanges sont chaleureux, le studio est bien équipé, grand lit , grande salle de bain, terrasse... la piscine et le parking sont un plus! séjour parfait!

Orient Bay Stay
Unit is central to all that one needs while visiting Orient Bay. The unit is in the same architecture of near by resorts. It differentiates itself in a Red paint job and is a climb to the third floor above other rooms being rented by the Palm Court establishment. This unit met all our needs though there are some things we would have liked. When seeing the other rooms this one is slightly older in decor. The shower was missing either a door or curtain so averting a flood took some effort to divert the shower away from the bathroom floor. It would have been nice to have a working clothes line to dry out the days wet suits. Drying them outside on the railing was frowned upon. This unit also had a combination clothes dryer and washer. It took some Google translation to figure how the use it even thought the manager tried to explain is operation when we took over the place. The bathroom counter top looked to have a few coats of paint making it dated. We found it odd that there were bottles of water in the toilet and bath only to learn that the Cul de Sac looses its water pressure once in awhile. It must be a common occurrence since other returning visitors would venture down to the pool to gather water to flush with. So it was nice to have been prepared for such things. We made it a practice to get breakfast items from the local deli and grocery store and enjoy the morning on the deck. So having everything we needed to make a meal great. Getting ice for the beach or drinks was unusual. Where other ice machines are in a hallway. This one was outside under a roof. We used the pool a few times. It to is nice and clean. Here again the water pressure to rinse off was lacking. We liked the secure parking lot and a coded gate but this too took some practice to make exiting efficient. One person would enter the code while the other drove the car. Instead of jocking the car to reach the code buttons. Overall our stay at Palm Court was very nice. We enjoyed the location and unit itself. The cost was what we had aimed for but learned that with a few extra dollars we could have been closer to the village and in an updated place. It is our hope to return to Orient Bay and we will consider this unit in our future plans.

Lofty experience
The room was bright, clean and well equipped. The balcony had a lovely view over the village. The owner provided many nice touches by supplying pump hand soap, paper towels and dish detergent. We had a good amount of towels; both for bath and beach. We did have issues with the tv which frequently froze. The service was intermittent. The shower did not always have hot water and it sprayed all over the floor when in use. We would stay again. The price and location made this a great buy. Delphine was attentive and helpful.

Basically Perfect!
Everything exactly as described. Unit is on 3rd floor, no elevator. Bring luggage you can carry up the stairs. Parking is secure. Nice linens and plenty of towels, including beach towels were provided. Delphine was excellent to work with and very responsive. The location is fantastic, we were able to hear the waves crashing from the balcony. The grounds and the pool were very nice. The ice machine was useful as well. The only thing missing was washing machine for laundry. We would stay in this unit again in a heartbeat.
