Hermosa villa de tres dormitorios en una urbanización privada con el uso de dos piscinas.
La villa cuenta con un jardín, terraza y balcón fuera del dormitorio principal y 1. 5 baños.
En la planta baja, la villa tiene un salón, cocina (con barra de desayuno) y zona de comedor exterior, un dormitorio con dos camas y un aseo.
En el primer piso hay dos dormitorios más, uno con dos camas y un dormitorio principal con balcón, con vista a la piscina, un baño familiar.
En el segundo piso encontrará nuevamente la terraza con vistas a la piscina y a los alrededores de La Zenia.

Fantastic

Spent 4 weeks at this fabulous property. The outdoor space was fab loads of different spaces to sit in. Very private. 10 minutes to bars and restaurants and 15 minutes to beach. Pool area never busy. Would stay again.

Absolutely wonderful

Well,where do I begin!! Let’s start with owner Craig, fantastic communication & very kindly put me in touch with Emma & Andy for a transfer. When we got to the villa it really had the X factor. We have stayed in many villas for about 15 years but this one absolutely ticked every box for us.The outdoor space was huge, so many options between sun & shade,it really suited us all & it was so peaceful & so private.The villa inside was perfect, great space,aircon,three double wardrobes,ceiling fans & a good size tv although we didn’t turn it on much as we loved being outside playing board games,fab family time. The fab pool is literally a few steps away & we spent a lot of time there,very private.And offcourse the location,we loved it.Ten min walk to bars & restaurants & supermarket,15 min walk to the beach.The location gave us so many options. And I must add a special mention to Emma & Andy!! Andy for the ease of transfers & so informative,top man! And the lovely Emma,fab communication from start to finish about the transfer & the villa was absolutely spotless,we have stayed in so many villas & yep some haven’t been cleaned properly (we just get on with it) but this villa was the most cleaned villa we have stayed in,thank you Emma & Andy☺️ To put it into context,we have already booked next year 😎

Ett riktigt fint boende i ett härligt område . Toppen med grill på tomten och fin service på plats av hon som mötte oss 😊😊😊. 10 meter till ett fint poolområde som var toppen. Gick att gå till en fin strand och väldigt nära affärer En riktigt fin semester och vi gör gärna om det igen. Lätt att nå ägaren som var mycket hjälpsam👍

Mixed experience

The positives: Great secluded outdoor space and location for pool, local to bars, restaurants and 20 walk to beach. The kitchen was well equipped but quite small. The negatives: inadequate clothing space. The wardrobe for guest only had hanging space, the rest of the wardrobe, including the floor was taken up with towels and bedding, which was a little inconsiderate for guest. No bathroom storage, had to store our wash on the floor. The the remotely controlled “security camera “ (PTZ)” initially pointed to the gate entrance was moved remotely and was pointing at the table where we and the children were playing games, which we felt was an invasion of privacy.

Wonderful holiday

Villa is in a superb quiet location. Shops bars and beach 15 min walk away. We hired acar so used this to go to the beach as it was hot. All the facilities were great with a large tv in lounge with English tv. Garden was lovely with lots of seating area so could alternate between sun and shade. I would definitely recommend the villa. Emma the key holder was great. The only negative i would have on our stay was that the seat covers around the table on patio outside were very worn. And the bbq was dirty so we didnt use this. Also as previously stated in reviews it would be good if the owner noted how to use appliances. We struggled with tv volume which we did eventually resolve. Overal an amazing stay.

Bonne location dans l'ensemble.

Une maison très agréable proche de la piscine pour les enfants. Nous avons été a pied a la plage de la zénia en 15 min.et proche du grand centre commercial la Zénia 15 min . Nous avons tout fais à pied durant ce séjour. Attention a l'équipement vaisselle... Un peu juste même a 5 . Et malheureusement pour le propriétaire la location n'était pas propre nous avons du re-nettoyer la vaisselle (casserole et tasse, bol pas laver remis dans les placards comme ça .)

Lovely La Zenia

We have enjoyed 3 glorious weeks at this property in the baking temperatures - very sad to be going home. Firstly, I can't say enough positive things about Emma - the key holder and contact. She was so helpful, accommodating and friendly - absolutely top notch! Secondly, the house is lovely - great corner location with lots of outdoor space. Because you are in the corner nobody is walking passed and you feel secluded - perfect. Now for the negative. Most of these reviews suggest that local amenities are no more than 10 minutes walk. I don't know who these people are but they must be athletes! The boulevard is approx 20 minutes walk and the beach is the same. In 40 degrees it's quite a trek. The nearest supermarket is approx 15 mins walk away and there is nowhere closer to get essentials. When we booked for 3 weeks our plan was always to alternate - one night out and one night at the house having a bbq hence why we wanted the generous outdoor space. On arrival however, the bbq advertised had no gas bottle! A bit of an issue. We were told it must have been stolen and we would have to remove it at our own cost! I think when you have paid over €2500 for accommodation that was a little rich. Our other concern was that there is no information at the property for visitors on how any appliances work! All in all a great stay - would return as a great holiday.

Fabulous property

We so enjoyed our stay here. Emma our contact was fantastic. Clear and quick to respond to any messages or queries. House was spotlessly clean and it was great to not have to transport towels and beach towels with us! The outside space was great. So many seating options and sunloungers for the 6 of us to choose from. Very peaceful area with no cars nearby which made for a good night's sleep. Aircon in master bedroom was good to cool the room down and the bed in there was very comfortable. 15/20 minute walk to Zenia Boulevard which we love as a family. This property is highly recommended!

Fantastic Holiday Villa

Having stayed in the close area many times before we knew the location of this Villa. It's a 10-15 minute walk from a great selection of bars/restaurants. De Bassus and Paddy's Point being the best imo. The villa was very clean, extremely well equipped and amazing outside space. Craig has been a pleasure to deal with, thanks for helping us have another great holiday in La Zenia. Also Emma the key holder was very good, she even stayed late when we was delayed with our transfer from the Airport and helped with directions to the villa.

Great villa, everything you need!

Great outdoor space, lots of extras provided, beach towels, pool toys, deck chairs. Good space inside which has everything you need. Only gripe is the bbq, as it wasn't clean so didn't use it, which was a shame due to the lovely outside space.

Lovely Property in Prime Location

Just had a 7 day stay in this rental. Lovely property, with everything you need, and in a perfect location, meaning we had not much use of the rental car. Excellent outdoor spaces

First time to La Zenia and this property is in a great location for beach, bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Also use of 2 swimming pools. We did not have a car and certainly did not need one. We messaged the owner and he give us a contact number for transfer from/to airport which worked really well. Different outdoor seating areas were excellent and also a gas bbq. The open plan kitchen is on the small side but it had all the appliances in place.
